Just got back and really cant fault it. As a family of 4 we found loads to do and the kids made some good friends. Nice clean site and lovely area. Overall very good and we will probably go back.

Dirty, I will not be booking this kind of holiday again

Dog friendly us great but it did need more of an airing between guests! The doggy smell wasn't great, improving as the week went on as I had all windows open.The bedroom was a decent size, with plenty of storage. Looked exactly as the pictures had indicated.

Will never go again. Awful decision by me. Do not waste your money.

All better than expected

Stayed in what was supposed to be a gold plus caravan but it was basic and pretty grotty. Luckily we had antibacterial wipes so we could give the bathroom and kitchen a wipe over but the cleaning standard was poor. I also can’t understand why there wasnt any pillow or mattress protectors on the beds, yuck!

Basic but pricey

The caravan was nothing like the photos advertised. While it was fairly clean overall, there was visible mould in the shower and in one corner of the room, suggesting very basic cleaning. Fixtures and fittings felt tired, with several things broken or poorly maintained.The interior didn’t match the quality shown online and felt dated. This was disappointing as we booked expecting a more modern, well-kept space.

The van was clean on arrival but most of the window edge fittings had fell off , the van we got was no way a hold plus it was more like a bronze standard

This caravan has full size cooker and fridge freezer. Second bedroom is VERY small.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The reception team was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout. However, the restaurant staff seemed a bit grumpy, possibly due to the busy Euro final at 1pm, but no need to be so moody. Cleaners could definitely use some proper training on tidying up. Still, reception made up for some of the minor issues.

We had a lovely long weekend, even with the restrictions. Sadly, the weather wasn't on our side for outdoor dining, but everything else was spot on!

We had a lovely little getaway! The caravan was spotless and cosy and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Loved the carved pumpkins at the door-such a nice touch. Perfect spot for peaceful walks and exploring.

We had a fantastic time exploring Essex. Plenty to see and do, all organised by a great holiday group.

We had a pretty decent stay overall. The caravan was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, which was a relief. The kids loved the playground - they had a blast out there! The reception team were super friendly and really helpful whenever we needed anything. Sadly, the kids’ entertainment was a bit of a disappointment; none of the activities listed in the leaflet actually took place, which was a bit of a let down. Luckily, we found a great soft play in Maldon called Maddison Heights, just about ten miles away and there’s plenty of shops and stuff to do nearby. I reckon it’s probably even better in the summer - we’d definitely consider coming back!

Everything was great except of breakfast we waited 50mins for it and in the end we got the money back and ended up cooking.

mobile home was very clean but you can't really cook a meal no lids for the saucepans no cooking tins table was bodged up it was all wobbly no light in the shower we had to wash and go to toilet in dark said they could not do nothing till the morning when he came he never had no bulbs so had to take one out of the lounge
