This was out first summer holiday in the UK as we usually go to Spain but I have to say this was juts as enjoyable. The kids loved it as there was so much for them to do and my husband and I enjoyed the woodland walks. Our Gold Chalet was big enough for the 4 of us and was spotlessly clean. The children have asked us to book again for next year.

This site is perfect for familys. We have been to holiday parks all over UK and this is one of our favourites. The location is superb ner the beaches. Our children loved the indoor pool and kids club and the accommodation is clean and well maintained. The mini market onsite is quite good value too so we will take less with us next year.

We decided not to have a holiday this year but at the last minute changed our minds and went to Cornwall. We booked St Ives online at the last minute and saved money on the normal prices from what I can see. Very good caravan park with top notch activities. Location perfect. The silver standard chalet we stayed in was clean and well equipped. We ate out a few times and also cooked in our chalet some nights. A great value holiday all in all. Also must mention the entertainment which we thought was great quality.

Great lodge, with lots of space. Nice furniture and fittings, liked how the bedrooms had dressing table areas and lots of storage space.Was a bonus having a utility room with washing machine!

Our lodge was meant to be brand new but it had a funny smell and there were stains on the seating. The radiator in the bathroom was covered in rust and none of the wc sinks plugs worked. The fridge also needed fixing back onto the cupboard door which is a small thing but makes a difference when we have paid for platinum. However the beds were comfy. The main room was very large and the heating and shower worked great.Could do with smart Tvs as it was very wet we didn't go out all the time so was very limited with free view TV.

Really nice and clean but really lacking basics such at cleaning products and didn’t even have a toilet brush? Pool building is very tired. But the grounds are lovely and good location.

No we’re near enough staff and restaurant was closed for our week of being there.

The bed was so soft it wasn’t great to sleep on.Felt bad using metal utensils on the pots and pans. However it was so warm and cosy.

My only observation would be the pointless furniture installed. Lack of Wi-Fi in lodge. And if only a few hooks could be provided!!

Overall a great stay ?

We had a lovely week in St ives holiday Village. It was a bonus to have the bus pull into the site and take us to st ives Town, where parking is a nightmare. The lodge we stayed in was also very quiet and as we like to play cards to the wee hours, it kept the noise in and didn't seem to disturb others around us as we did a sound check ourselves. We did have the main tap in the kitchen falling out of its settings and reported it. The very next day it was replaced and in good working order. Would stay again and recommend to others. Thank you.

Our first caravan holiday, I was unsure of what to expect, but St Ives holiday park is truly awesome. The site is well laid out, the caravan we stayed in was amazing, comfortable and well cared for and really clean. Not knowing what to expect, we had brought tableware with us, that was mistaken, everything we needed was there. The bathroom was really lovely. It was a good touch to have a second toilet for the main bedroom. Very cozy warm and well cared for accommodation. We will be returning soon. Cornwall IS amazing, the holiday park is really close to everything you need, Tesco is only a few minutes drive, Carbis bay beach is 6 mins drive or 30 mins walk.

Would stay in the lodge again . Would like more information on how to work the heating and the dishwasher .

Holiday village just needs a little bit of investment.

Ace holiday. I think the swimming pool queue system needs to be looked at (obviously covid related) we managed to swim once out of the whole week. Arcade was closed which was a shame but again couldn't be helped. Apart from that we had a fab week and our lodge was AMAZING.

We did not eat in restaurant but had a takeaway. The service was approx 1 hour which was a little slow for a takeaway but we did not mind waiting to be honest.
The food was okay and the portions fine but seemed expensive for the quality of the food we received. The food was not bad per say but felt it was not good enough for the price paid.

The stove wasnt working well, called the reception, very quickly the service staff came to check. He couldn't fix it, and had to ring another person (engineer). Again, really quickly the engineer came to fix it. Appreciate the speed.

Great space for all 9 in one small space , the lodge was huge, each to have some individual space.

We were in the John Fowler part of the village it was much nicer.

A really comfortable place to stay, well thought out and equipped.

High standard and looked after. It was the highlight of the holiday.

Good holiday could do with more amenities like a coffee/tea shop as I could not get a drink mid morning. More childrens outdoor things to do .we found a little park in the woods could do with a slide and swings. But it was a lovely clean park caravan superb

Beautiful site. We had Diamond lodge with hotub. It was immaculate and realy lovely top class. Lovely welcome pack as well.
