This was out first summer holiday in the UK as we usually go to Spain but I have to say this was juts as enjoyable. The kids loved it as there was so much for them to do and my husband and I enjoyed the woodland walks. Our Gold Chalet was big enough for the 4 of us and was spotlessly clean. The children have asked us to book again for next year.

This site is perfect for familys. We have been to holiday parks all over UK and this is one of our favourites. The location is superb ner the beaches. Our children loved the indoor pool and kids club and the accommodation is clean and well maintained. The mini market onsite is quite good value too so we will take less with us next year.

We decided not to have a holiday this year but at the last minute changed our minds and went to Cornwall. We booked St Ives online at the last minute and saved money on the normal prices from what I can see. Very good caravan park with top notch activities. Location perfect. The silver standard chalet we stayed in was clean and well equipped. We ate out a few times and also cooked in our chalet some nights. A great value holiday all in all. Also must mention the entertainment which we thought was great quality.

The place was spotless and super comfy, with all the essentials sorted. On-site facilities were handy and booking the restaurant was a breeze-really good food too. We didn’t stay for the evening entertainment, but it looked lively and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a return visit with the family!

Honestly, we were a bit disappointed overall. The caravan was dusty and not very clean and the heating was pretty much useless. The boiler sounded like it was about to explode every now and then! The kids’ entertainment and swimming pool didn’t really live up to expectations and half the arcade machines either didn’t work or ate coins. Food was pretty rubbish too and staff weren’t very helpful. Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the decking was quite slippy when wet-some sort of mop or squeegee would really help. Also, an airer would be a welcome addition for drying clothes.

We’ve stayed here annually, but this year’s lodge was a letdown. It was tiny with a poor layout and the space for food was non-existent since it’s meant to be self-catering. No wardrobe space either. Even with just two of us, it felt really cramped, despite being listed as a 6-8 berth.

Really disappointed with the stay, won't be coming back here.

To be honest, our stay had a few letdowns. The bungalow’s storage options were pretty limited, so we struggled to keep things tidy. The chairs didn’t fit well under the table, which was a bit frustrating in the small space. We also would’ve liked a wardrobe instead of just open shelves in the bedroom. And to top it off, we were the only ones without a bench outside, even after reporting it on arrival - still nothing. Bit disappointing overall.

Great en-suites, but the kitchen was lacking a few essentials like a cheese grater. Would improve!

Honestly, our stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was lovely, with big trees and close to nice walks and the reception area. However, the bungalow itself was quite disappointing. It smelled heavily of mildew and we found some really unclean spots that looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages. The bathroom was outdated and dirty and funny enough, that wasn’t shown in the photos at all. After a long, tiring 11-hour drive, we had to make our own bed - which was a real pain considering the stained mattress and duvet. I didn’t get to relax much, which was a shame. At least the sunny Cornwall scenery helped a bit, but overall, not the best experience.

We had a fantastic time at this place, honestly! The site has everything we could need and the atmosphere by the pool was just lovely-music playing, floats floating around and a fun slide too. There’s a park right next to the pool, but we also discovered a hidden one tucked away in the forest, which was a nice little surprise. Location-wise, it’s really convenient for heading to St Ives or Penzance, with a bus stop right there and the train station just about five minutes away, so getting around was super easy. The Rafters restaurant served up some great food and we couldn’t fault the service at all. Every staff member we met, from the shop guy to the bar staff and pool helpers, were so friendly and helpful. Cristina and the office team also did a cracking job, sorting out little issues quickly. But honestly, the entertainment team was the highlight-so much fun and really went above and beyond. They offered loads of activities both during the day and at night and all four of the stripeys worked brilliantly together, adapting to whatever came up. Heather, Dane, Kelsey and Neeve really made our holiday special. We’re already planning to come back in June-can’t wait!

The cabin was really roomy and spotless, plus the hot tub was a highlight!

The lodge itself was lovely and the tub was a real highlight when it was actually full. Sadly, it was often drained after just one night, ruining our stay. The internet was useless and there were no towels or welcome pack at all. Disappointing overall.

The cabin was pretty snug, with barely any storage or hanging space-no rails in the wardrobes at all, just some coat hooks. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Outdoor spot was just a picnic table tucked away, but quiet enough.

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back but the long drive of over 200 miles is tough for us.

We had a lovely stay at the lodge. Plenty of room and loved the furniture, especially the dressing areas in the bedrooms. The utility room with the washing machine was a real bonus too!

Honestly, we were a bit disappointed with the lodge. It supposed to be br and new, but it had a strange smell and stained seating that didn’t quite look fresh. The bathroom radiator was rusty and the sink plugs didn’t work at all, which was annoying. The fridge wasn’t fixed properly either - just a small thing, but when you pay for platinum, you expect better attention to detail. On the bright side, the beds were really comfy and the main room was massive, plus the heating and shower were spot on. Would’ve been great to have smart TVs, especially since the weather kept us indoors most of the time. Not perfect, but okay overall.

Good holiday could do with more amenities like a coffee/tea shop as I could not get a drink mid morning. More childrens outdoor things to do .we found a little park in the woods could do with a slide and swings. But it was a lovely clean park caravan superb
