This was out first summer holiday in the UK as we usually go to Spain but I have to say this was juts as enjoyable. The kids loved it as there was so much for them to do and my husband and I enjoyed the woodland walks. Our Gold Chalet was big enough for the 4 of us and was spotlessly clean. The children have asked us to book again for next year.

This site is perfect for familys. We have been to holiday parks all over UK and this is one of our favourites. The location is superb ner the beaches. Our children loved the indoor pool and kids club and the accommodation is clean and well maintained. The mini market onsite is quite good value too so we will take less with us next year.

We decided not to have a holiday this year but at the last minute changed our minds and went to Cornwall. We booked St Ives online at the last minute and saved money on the normal prices from what I can see. Very good caravan park with top notch activities. Location perfect. The silver standard chalet we stayed in was clean and well equipped. We ate out a few times and also cooked in our chalet some nights. A great value holiday all in all. Also must mention the entertainment which we thought was great quality.

Considering this was a luxury lodge should have towels included as a lot of other competitors lodges come with them.

Shocking frankly hot tub broken and drained before we’d even spent a day at the park staff unhelpful and rude the only helpful person was the girl in the shop on site absolute waste of time and money

Really lovely accommodation. The hot tubs are cleaned and maintained by the staff daily. The lodge was very cleaned and the appliances well maintained.

Blinds were broken in living room and bathroom, no curtains (this was a big problem and good job we had lots of blankets to put up), smell coming from the sink all the time despite trying to get rid of it etc. Overall though, great size, comfortable. Lots of room for us all, clean and lots of storage. Dishwasher and washing machine to use too. Shower was okay. Clean bedding etc was great. Decking area was great.

Double bed needs to be a little bit bigger and needs a thicker mattress on the sofa bed.

Our accommodation was very nice, comfortable and clean. Location was spot on for a base for tripping around. Highly recommended, will definitely be returning

Overall fab clean lodge

Hot tub didn’t fully function, outside light didn’t work, inside was cold (heating didn’t work) and infested with bugs.

Our family was looking forward to our stay at St Ives Holiday Village, but our experience was extremely disappointing due to serious issues with our accommodation and how our concerns were handled. I feel it's important to share the details of our experience.The '2 Bed Silver Bungalow' we were given had significant problems:Spider-Infested: The property was overrun with spiders and cobwebs.Filthy Conditions: The bungalow was dusty, the windows were dirty, and we found insects inside.Broken Fixtures: The bathroom mirror was broken and had been removed, leaving us without one for our entire stay.Unpleasant Smell: A persistent, foul odour lingered in the property.We reported these problems to staff upon arrival, but they were unhelpful and made only excuses, doing nothing to resolve the situation. We were forced to endure these conditions for our entire holiday.To make matters worse, the Senior management staff was rude and dismissive when we checked out. The poor hygiene, combined with the unprofessional behaviour from management, ruined our holiday. This park appears to have serious issues. We would advise others to be cautious before booking.

As previous. In addition: Sofa bed not particularly comfortable to sleep in, and presumably there was meant to be a base under the cushions when using as a sofa. This being missing meant it wasn’t overly comfortable to sit in either. Otherwise, great. Just a little small for us in the context of our family / ages of the kids.

Spotless accommodation. Perfect for two. Hot tub was clean. Really can not fault

Happy with accomodation, had everything you needed from cutlery to spare bedding! Just don’t forget your own towels.

Great lodge and great hot tub. Clean and ready to go when we arrived.

The lodge was very nice. Although the double bed comfort and general conditions could have been a little better for a gold. Also just a heads up the dishwasher is only a slim line. But better then not having one. Overall lovely break away though.

Chalet was good value for money could do with a door stop for front door.

Honestly, we had a great experience. The caravan was really lovely-if it was a silver, I’d be curious to see what the next level up looks like. Definitely worth it!

Only thing we didn't have a sliding door but it was a great week and hopefully returning later in the year fantastic job by all

Good holiday could do with more amenities like a coffee/tea shop as I could not get a drink mid morning. More childrens outdoor things to do .we found a little park in the woods could do with a slide and swings. But it was a lovely clean park caravan superb

Beautiful site. We had Diamond lodge with hotub. It was immaculate and realy lovely top class. Lovely welcome pack as well.
