We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! The place was super peaceful and spotlessly clean, with all the modern gadgets you could need - dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and a microwave in the lovely kitchen area. Everything was thought of, even a tea towel roll tucked inside with some washing up liquid and a sponge. The staff and housekeepers were genuinely lovely and did a great job. Parking was a bit tight, but it didn’t spoil our visit at all. We’re definitely planning to come back - feeling refreshed and wishing we didn’t have to leave! The big smart TV, comfy leather sofa and cozy bed made everything even better. Heating was quick and effective, warming the lodge up in no time. Brilliant stay overall!

The missing dishwasher wheel really made it tricky to lift and our skirting boards are starting to droop. Also, even though checkout is at 10am, a cleaner kept hovering by the door from 9.15, asking if we were leaving. Quite irritating!

Nice little escape without going too far.

We had a lovely stay overall. The lodge was well kitted out and kept us warm, which was great. The settee and armchairs were a bit on the firmer side, but nothing too bothersome. We did notice a few minor issues like the bathroom window being stuck and the broken pull cord on the bedroom blind, which made it tricky to let in light. Also, no dustpan or broom was a surprise, as we always try to leave places tidy. Still, we enjoyed our time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! The lighting on the dressing tables was perfect and the fluffy towels were a nice touch. The hot tub was great, though the sofa wasn’t the comfiest. Still, we’re already planning to come back soon!

Our lodge weekend was pretty much perfect. We did hit a small snag, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. The general manager was really attentive and went out of his way to help us. The lodge and scenery were absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend.

Had a lovely weekend overall, but the noise from the neighbouring chalet’s party kept us awake all night. Still, worth it!

We stayed in a cosy two-bedroom lodge that was spotless and fully equipped for self-catering with little ones. Plenty of room to breathe, plus a bathroom with a shower and another with a bath-absolutely perfect for our family trip!

We honestly can't fault this place. Everything from the well-kept facilities, like the hot tub checked daily, to the comfy accommodation with a private parking spot, is spot on. The WiFi is reliable and the central heating keeps us cosy. The kitchen's fully stocked, making cooking easy. We've been here twice already and absolutely love it. Definitely recommend staying here-you won’t regret it!

We spent a chilly weekend in late January at cabin 21, a cosy three-bedroom place. The place was spotless when we arrived and having a hot tub was a real treat. We appreciated that staff checked it daily - definitely peace of mind. The cabin was surprisingly warm, which was perfect for winter; my partner and I found it a bit too hot at times, so we just turned down the radiators easily. The dog loved the mud room - super handy after walks, giving us a chance to clean up before heading inside. We even got a little welcome treat for our pup, which was a lovely touch. Everything inside the cabin was well-equipped, from cooking utensils to toilet paper, so we didn’t need to bring much. The weather wasn’t the best, but the cabin kept us comfy and cosy. Overall, we’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing break like this - we’d definitely come back!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but honestly, it was quite disappointing. The hot tub and bath weren’t working and the whole place seemed neglected. Facilities need fixing - everything was dirty and not well maintained. It’s a shame because it has potential. For the price, we expected a better experience. Definitely not what we hoped for this trip.

Nice stay overall, but the sofas really lacked comfort.

Overall, we had a nice stay, though the hot tub was a bit disappointing with several jets not working. There’s also no coffee maker, so bringing your own is a good idea. Some dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid would’ve been handy-maybe include that info upfront. Staff were super helpful and the place is lovely overall.

The lodge was spotless and felt really modern, plus the beds were super comfy. Great stay!

Lovely park, clean inside and around on paths

We had a lovely week at stratford on avon lodge retreat it was beautifully laid out and extremely quiet. Some of the lodges did seem to be a bit of a walk from the designated car park which would make it very awkward for some people carrying their luggage . Overall it is a lovely place to stay

We did not want to leave. Our neighbours did not want to leave. The lodges were perfect. This pretty much sums it up! It’s so relaxing - what a lovely area of the world.

A lovely modern lodge in a perfect location close to many lovely towns and villages.

We had a lovely holiday in the lodge, well equipped with everything you need for your holiday, the only thing we would say is that the bath didn't get even luke warm so had to fill it up from the boiling hot water from the sink, we mentioned this to the very helpful receptionist who sent someone to have a look at it but said it that the temperature was regulated to stop accidents buti it didn't even get luke warm The views were amazing and not far down the road was Hatton Village, a great place for all the family.

Great holiday, will definitely be coming back. Barbara at reception was so welcoming and helpful, the works needs more people like Barbara!!

Excellent quiet location. Good base to visit surrounding areas. Dog next door did keep barking and the children kept hitting their ball against our van. One point thought they had broken a window.

The lodge was stunning. Stylish but cosy. Very well appointed. The bed and en suite with freestanding bath and shower room was a real treat. The surroundings were very well kept. Not sure if letting the wild flowers grow between lodges is deliberate but we loved it. It's a short drive to Stratford on Avon and easy to get a taxi. We'd love to stay here again.
