Honestly, this lodge was lovely. The view of the countryside, especially Snowden on a clear day, was breathtaking. The steps up aren’t too steep, so it’s manageable. We loved the peaceful setting and the place was well equipped for four people. It made our stay really enjoyable - definitely a spot we’d visit again!

The caravan was pretty clean on the surface, but the furniture really needs a refresh-it looked quite tired. The beds’ mattresses were flat and could do with replacing. Plenty of plates, cutlery, plus a small microwave and lockable fridge. Overall, not too bad!

Overall, a decent stay. Some minor issues like broken blinds and a loose toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Nothing serious, didn’t ruin our holiday at all.

The location was a bit of a drive, but overall it was okay. The site itself was pretty average and there wasn’t much for kids to do, sadly.

We had a lovely stay! The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids.

We recently stayed for four nights in a Dul Us caravan and it was pretty spacious and comfortable for the price. The only downside was the tight parking spaces between the caravans, which was a bit of a squeeze sometimes.

We stayed at this holiday park mainly for a peaceful escape and to unwind with friends. The grounds are really well looked after, especially the woodland area, which is lovely for a quiet stroll. The staff were super helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The spa was a highlight, although unfortunately, the sauna and steam room weren’t working when we visited, which was a bit of a letdown. The on-site restaurant looked inviting, but the limited menu meant we decided not to eat there, so can’t really comment on the food. Our caravan was quite small and a bit awkward in its layout - it was in a Z-shape, which made moving around a bit tricky and not very practical. It also wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped, which was a shame. On the plus side, they do make some nice touches for dogs, which was a nice surprise. The location itself is pretty remote - there’s not much happening nearby, so if you want to explore or go out, you’ll need to drive. There’s a coastal walk you can do from the main road, leading to Rhos on Sea, which is quite nice. The real concern for us was the access lane up to the park. It’s a single-lane road with lots of bends and poor visibility, making it pretty stressful to navigate - I was honking the horn constantly just to alert other drivers. Honestly, it felt a bit dangerous and I wouldn’t be keen to return because of that.

Facilities are poor both on-site and nearby, really disappointing overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views are stunning and the place was very clean and comfy. It’d be perfect if they had a small shop for essentials like milk and toilet rolls. Great value, though!

We had an amazing stay at Cliff Top Lodge! It’s perched right at the top of the site, so super secluded and peaceful. The hot tub was perfectly tucked away, offering stunning views of the countryside - honestly, it was such a treat to relax there. The decking with tables and chairs was great for catching the sun and lucky for us, the weather was lovely, so we could leave the main doors open and enjoy the fresh air. You can see the neighbouring lodge if you’re in the kitchen, but apart from that, it’s pretty private. The little touches like ornaments, throws and air fresheners really made it feel cosy and homely. The kitchen was well-equipped, even with a washer, which would be handy if we’d stayed longer. Only minor thing - the fridge wasn’t very cold, so I’d be cautious if staying for ages. Overall, we loved it!

It's honestly frustrating that Wi-Fi costs extra, especially when you're already paying quite a bit for the stay. Not great at all.

Great service, would definitely tell everyone about it

We had a lovely four-day stay and would happily return. The beach is only about ten minutes away and Conway isn’t too far either. Hillside Lodge was just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views.

The caravan was lovely and had all the essentials we needed. Personally, I’d prefer a decking area over a patio, but that’s just my taste. Next time, I’ll ask!

The place was a mess, honestly disappointing stay. The hottub was filthy and not maintained well. Couldn’t relax at all, really shoddy service. Definitely not what we expected, wouldn’t recommend. It just felt unclean and poorly looked after. Such a letdown after reading the reviews. We were pretty annoyed with the whole experience. Won't be coming back anytime soon, sadly.

Very peaceful and well maintained. Staff very helpful but not at all intrusive. Accommodation was immaculate. Definitely a ‘get away from it all’ experience and would return.

Everything just fine ?

A fantastic base for the North Wales, we had a brilliant time. A week was not long enough it flew past.

The staff at Tan Rallt couldn’t do enough to help you, from the friendly receptionist and bar/restaurant staff, to the guys coming round everyday to check on the Hot tub. Spotlessly clean caravan and site, with everything we needed, set in the most wonderful area to stay in. The family loved their stay.

Fabulous views to wake up to every day. Loved the hot tub. Really friendly and helpful staff, as it's small it seems more personal. Would definitely visit again.

Tan Rally holiday park excellent location with beautiful views. Lovely new caravan very comfortable, do need car to get from A to B. Staff approachable very helpful.. I would stay again peaceful, clean site. I would of of given overall 10 if being informed on the courtesy call day before that restaurant wasn't open from Tuesday to Thursday. I would of like to see available if need safety shower mat with having two persons with me that was disabled.
