Every thing was clean and comfortable. More than enough space to relax. Wi-Fi was good. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub which just added to the relaxation.

Cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Peaceful site. The lodge was warm and the bathroom modern with fluffy white towels. The decor is a little dated but we expected that from the other reviews we’d read.

What a lovely place, first time I took my dogs on holiday and it was a great success. Lovely cabin and surroundings. Staff are helpful and friendly will definitely be back, it was a hit with the grandkids too.

We stayed in the Lodge in January. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Lodge was pristine inside, very clean and warm. It was well equipped with all the items that we needed. It was in a superb location, overlooking the duck pond, which gave us the tranquillity that we wanted at that time. Although we weren't there to explore the surrounding area, we found the overall position of the site excellent, as a base to get to other places. The park is directly next to the golf course, which allows you immediate access to a quiet, woodland walk. There is a small shop on site that was well stocked with all basic items. Our stay in Lodge 3 was in the best location of the park, overlooking the pond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The whole Lodge had everything we could wish for, even down to washing up liquid, tea, milk, and coffee sachets.The lodge was immaculate in every area. The bed was a small double I felt.

Very nice log cabin, in a lovely location, and close to charming historic towns. Lots of ducks to feed with seeds from the kiosk. Great memories. Thank you.

We stay in this cabin because it is situated on the pond, with two double doors opening onto, the decking….we like to watch the ducks and other wildlife……It has a four poster bed and a sauna…which we do use….a lovely cabin ……..

The Tilford ladies (and gents) are always so welcoming, and it's refreshing to be somewhere where you see familiar faces year in year out. We've all faced challenges getting back to 'normal', and while things were not quite as usual, you could clearly blame COVID-19 for any shortcomings (games consoles removed from the lodges, no tea/coffee/biscuits etc). We have visited Tilford 6 years in a row now, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything's right. It's a peaceful spot, just far enough away from everything that you're not disturbed; but near enough that you don't feel too isolated...even if your car DOES break down the moment you arrive! :'(

Very clean lodges with lovely surroundings. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely return. Lots of good places to walk and nice pubs local too.

The check in/out was annoying as you effectively lose 2 days given very late check in and very early check out - not sure whether this is to do with Covid. Bathrooms could do with extractor fans - family of 4 showering and room gets really steamy. Give you’re allowed bbqs then having somewhere to dispose of coal would help.

Overall an excellent few days out of the city!

Overall the break was lovely. However I did feel it was very over priced for the length of stay.

We had a great stay and loved our log cabin staycation. Having our own sauna and hot tub was a bonus.

Really nice place would go again would have liked some leaflets telling us of different places to visit but because of carona virus they weren't available not the resorts fault just a safety measure.

We had a lovely time away with our dogs. They were a little unsettled the first night due new surrounds post coronavirus lockdown where they haven't had many people around. We were very comfortable during our stay. Lots of wonderful dog walks and pubs with yummy food close by.

A wonderful mid-week family break. Tranquil and peaceful - a perfect way to unwind. We filled out days with Go Ape at Alice Holt Woods; walking there and along Basingstoke canal; swimming, lunch and exploring in Guildford; On the beach at Bournemouth; and relaxed in the evening in our lovely lodge or a short safe stroll to the Duke of Cambridge pub

We loved our holiday here, I would highly recommend it. Lovely accommodation, it was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at.

I had such a wonderful and enjoyable holiday. Our lodge was very clean. Definitely would recommend a stay and will be booking again. If you need a break from it all. This is it. Beautiful surroundings to be seen too.

Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat is a delightful retreat set in lovely rural English countryside, with a profusion of ducks, next to Hankley Common golf course and the Duke of Cambridge pub. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent park, that is tranquil and well maintained. Staff are excellent and one of the few helpful people who helped us out with a major issue we had on holiday. Beautiful location but a car is essential. Wifi is excellent, included and unrestricted.

The lodge was extremely clean as were the towels and sheets. If I had one complaint it would be the dishwasher had food around the drain. Otherwise great break
