We had an excellent stay. The caravan was lovely, and spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The park is a nice size - not too big, and in a beautiful, quiet location. Food and service at the restaurant is great! What’s not to love!

Overall, the stay was lovely; it was clean and modern. However, at times, there was a smell coming from the drains in the restroom.

We love going to tockitts mill, dog friendly which is what we like so we can take our dog away with us

Over all clean

The Savanna caravan was lovely, seemed very new and had a spacious layout. It was well equipped for self catering. Beautifully clean, very impressed.

The caravan was really modern and spotless, we loved how clean everything was. Just wish it had a dishwasher instead of a washing machine!

We loved the charming holiday cottage, especially the lively peacocks roaming around us!

The place was really tidy and surprisingly roomy, which we appreciated. We also found plenty of essentials like bin bags and the complimentary tea and coffee were just right for our whole stay. Overall, a good experience!

We loved this spot! The vibe was super chill and the staff genuinely friendly and attentive. The on-site bar and restaurant are a real highlight-definitely try the Beef Stroganoff. Will come back!

Great place to unwind quietly

We had such a lovely time at Tocketts Mill! The location is just perfect - close enough to Guisborough for a quick trip into town, but still feels like you're out in the countryside. The site itself is really charming, with a stream where the grandkids tried their luck with fishing - even if they didn’t catch anything, they loved the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, which we really appreciated. The on-site restaurant was a real treat - we ate there every night because the food was just delicious and it made everything so easy, especially over Christmas. The savannah was beautifully warm and we loved seeing all the wildlife roaming around - chickens, pheasants and ducks, which we happily fed in the mornings. It’s a peaceful spot, but still has plenty to do. Our family visited and there was loads of space for everyone, even the great grandchildren. They didn’t catch fish, but they had fun trying. We’re already planning to return in the summer - our family’s booked again, so it’s definitely a place we’d recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

The caravan was really nice and felt just like being at home everywhere-kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedrooms, even the veranda. Everything you’d need! Definitely recommend.
