Happy with van

Apartment was comfortable but the shower leaked in the bathroom and we always had a big puddle on the floor. A bath mat would have been good as the floor was slippery.

Please be aware that Platinum does not mean better, it just means a newer caravan. This was a surprise to us as the site does not state it. The caravan was good but we had to ask reception what platinum meant as it was a pretty basic caravan.

Ok caravan on an ok site. The site is on a steep hill. It is kept clean & tidy. Not too far by car into Looe. Nearest supermarket is in Liskeard. Plenty around to see & do.

Perfect everything what you need

main problem is the lack of path, especially this time of year when the grass is wet and muddy, nightmare with a dog.

Fabulous caravan for me and my partner and dog. The caravan was huge, clean and well equipped. We didn't use the on site facilities as we wanted to explore the area. The site itself was well maintained and tidy. The only downside was the heating in the caravan did not work the night we arrived so we froze.

Bed mattresses need changing in both bedrooms to soft could feel the springs.

Really good accommodation, close to all facilities however car parking was somewhat difficult but apart from that spot on.

Fantastic holiday. Cleanliness was up to a very high standard of the caravan and reception area. The food was very nice and actually tasted with the money.

Excellent value for money. Caravan was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again

It was nice overall. Programs of activities for families with children are very nice. My only complaint is that the seats and floors in the hall are very dirty. We couldn't sit down because of the smell of the seats. And even though we didn't choose a pet caravan, everything was feathered.

We booked Silver plus caravan which was less than Bronze standard. Spiders everywhere, spots everywhere on furniture, caravan smelled bad and was very dusty. Our friend who had booked Bronze had 100 times better caravan. Complained reception who aent in someone to clean again. He agreed that our caravan was not at all silver standard and they would do some refund but never heard back frok them. We have taken loads of pics that will go on reviews. If staying at Trelawne manor, please avoid accomodation number 257

Caravan was good however kettle/toaster need upgrade and kitchen cutlery was dirty. Camp site facilities were underwhelming and caravans to close together. Site could be lovely with a Manor House but Manor House not used to what it could be. Would not stay again

Like stated ... just the cleaning of the caravan needs to be managed more from site

Great Park. Clean and staff were really helpful. Children enjoyed the disco and games in the evening. Good location easy to find. Would highly recommend.

CARAVAN WAS ANYTHING BUT GOLD - BRONZE AT BEST

Caravan was very tired.There were ripped patches of wallpaper in hallway and 2 of the bedrooms. We know this was a dog friendly caravan but the settee was badly stained.All windows on the outside were very dirty.For almost £1400 for one week was not good.

Gold caravan not big enough and you can’t book swimming you have to book on app at 7 pm but no internet to book it very poor !!

A lovely 4 night break. The only slight grumble was that the staff who were facilitating the ‘sand art’ were more interested in chatting than interacting with my Grandaughter. Also the duvet covers were twice the size of the duvets.

Beautiful holiday. It is our 5th time at trelawn manor

Facilities are well maintained. We had a very clean caravan. The pool is clean too. The swim guard was really helpful and friendly. The receptionist needs to improve. I know it's tiring, but at least be a little bit friendly. The activity available is moderate. Not superb but enough to entertain my 2 toddlers.

Very surprised, been to other holiday parks in the uk before and this is by far the best, we stayed in apartment 328 which was lovely and no pets allowed so it was clean and smelt clean, definitely go again

great holiday park,staff helpful, food was good and all reasonably priced, possibly keep the pool room open longer for teens at night as more catered to young children at night, overall a great week!!

Had a great week with family. Overall holiday park and facilities were brilliant, a little dated in places but couldn't fault anything. Stayed in a Falmouth 3 bed and it was spotless and plenty of room for us to have has a base. Would definitely go again if at the right price (we got a great deal ?).
