The sofas was like being at home

Like all caravan's on any site they are cleaned in 5 minutes.Usual rubbish under settee,beds etc our dog found a chew before we did luckily it was the type of treat we would give her.But there are ones we wouldn’t let her near so no harm done

Unclean, dead flies on floor around swimming pool algae on windows, door as you enter are plastic chairs with mould spores on the back of plastic chairs in swimming pool area. I unblocked our shower in apartment, lolly stick under bedside cabinet and what look like tomato soup in microwave. So had to clean before i used anything very poor.

The caravan was a nice size, had a dishwasher which is a bonus. The radiators were all rusted so not very nice. Bed Mattress had large stain on it. Rooms were not very clean - found sweet wraps etc on the floor.

Very pleasant caravan, nice and spacious. Cleaning was not 100%, all cutlery and pans needed cleaning before use. Found old sweet wrappers down the side of the sofa.

Everything worked as it should and the caravan was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard

A good size, could do with more then one oven shelf and tray.Double bed mattress didn't fit the bed and the radiators looked a little worn out.

The caravan was tired and not what I expected for ‘platinum’ based on past caravan holidays. We chose a caravan that wasn’t pet friendly but it was obvious from the strong smell that dogs had stayed in there and there was also a smell of urine in one of the bedrooms. The 3 bedroom caravan was also small in comparison to other 3 beds we’ve stayed in.

Lovely place nice staff. Would be annoying to go places with out a car.

Caravan was what you’d expect of a static caravan

Caravan was poorly cleaned and some equipment was not working.

This is a standard static that states can sleep 6 I would not have more than 4 stay as it’s very cramped. The shower could not be cooled down even with the boiler on the lowest setting. So hot the child cried when tried to use it.

This is the first caravan that we book from hoseasons site that I am not happy at all.the caravan was filty and dirty,I am the one polishing all the dirt because my down syndrome son he has allergy on the dust,the toilet sink was broken,there is a broken glass under the table outside.the duvet too old and stain,the curtain was broken when i open itIn short need new replacemenr inside that caravan,the sofa bed wasnt line properly my husband fix on it so thay we can seat comfortable..

Was dirty and half the furniture fittings were broken or stuck together with duct tape

The caravan was not gold. We have stayed in silver caravan and bronze in other places and got much more for the money we payed and better quality. I would rate the level at bronze based on my other experiences. Not as was advertised which was disappointing .Doors had been patched up in a few places and decor run down. Again not what we we expected and not value for money based on the condition.

The caravan was beautiful, very smart,clean,would love to have been able stay the whole, week, kids loved the pool and club houae

Superb overall, not as clean as I would have liked and smelt of wet dog.Lovely surprise having a dishwasher but radiators and cooker were rusty

Nice caravan but would've been nice to have information on where the bins need to go, WiFi password etc.

Caravan was excellent, well equipped and clean.

Our caravan was nice but the floors needed a good cleaning. On the first day I wiped up some water spilled on the floor and the tissue was brown with dirt. They need a good mopping and vacuum on the carpet.Great size shower for a small space

Everything we needed was available, including a good frying pan and sharp knife, if I had to complain it would have been the dust on top of wardrobe and top of shelf in small bedrooms. Other that that everything else was excellent.

Carven was lovely decking area to sit out side and just relax

Caravan was not comfy at all, we took two dogs with us and we couldn't let them out as there was no verander to keep them safe.

A lovely 4 night break. The only slight grumble was that the staff who were facilitating the ‘sand art’ were more interested in chatting than interacting with my Grandaughter. Also the duvet covers were twice the size of the duvets.

Beautiful holiday. It is our 5th time at trelawn manor

Facilities are well maintained. We had a very clean caravan. The pool is clean too. The swim guard was really helpful and friendly. The receptionist needs to improve. I know it's tiring, but at least be a little bit friendly. The activity available is moderate. Not superb but enough to entertain my 2 toddlers.

Fab camp located close to 2 beautiful towns

Very helpful staff on desk clean site would recommend it to my friends didn't use the restaurant. On site but was told food wasn't to good

Very surprised, been to other holiday parks in the uk before and this is by far the best, we stayed in apartment 328 which was lovely and no pets allowed so it was clean and smelt clean, definitely go again

great holiday park,staff helpful, food was good and all reasonably priced, possibly keep the pool room open longer for teens at night as more catered to young children at night, overall a great week!!

Had a great week with family. Overall holiday park and facilities were brilliant, a little dated in places but couldn't fault anything. Stayed in a Falmouth 3 bed and it was spotless and plenty of room for us to have has a base. Would definitely go again if at the right price (we got a great deal ?).
