It was our first visit to Trelawne Manor which took place over the weekend of the Looe save the day music festival. We were more than pleased with our accommodation and just on the basis of this we will be returning. The Reception staff and process was excellent. We had takeaway food from the restaurant which was very good. We did not use any of the other facilities at the site.
Ilze, Peterborough

The caravan could have done with a lockable storage outside for the pushchair/bicycles etc.... And a few more paving slabs to give a clean path to the door rather than walking on the grass/mud.
Otherwise it was excellent

We only used the park as a base and didn't use the facilities or entertainment . But the caravan was very clean, modern and well appointed.
The park was also very clean and well maintained.

Philip, Salisbury
Date of stay: 29th July 2017
Caravan was really good and the shower was excellent. We didn't use the on-site restaurant which is why the next section has been left blank. Would we buy from Hoseasons again? Possibly but probably unlikely as we will not do a holiday like this again.
Alexandra, Leicestershire
Date of stay: 24th July 2017
All very comfortable, clean and spacious, Just the beds not particularly comfy.

Date of stay: 7th July 2017
Comfortable accomodation in good surroundings. Plenty to see and do in surrounding area. Only problem we had was grape left on floor of accomodation under table by previous occupants and not removed by staff. Could have been a problem as grapes and derivitives are poisonous to dogs and this was a dog friendly accomodation.Fortunately I spotted it first

Caravan was a lot better than expected for a bronze - pet. It was really clean and smelt nice walking in. Was a nice size with en suite for main bedroom, beds were all made up on arrival, had additional plug in heaters, tv with freeview n a built in DVD player we didn't discover until last couple days. Kitchen was well equipt. Great value for price paid.

Date of stay: 3rd June 2016
We couldn't fault the caravan, little extra touches made us think it was privately owned. Beds were very comfortable, all clean and tidy. Park lovely and clean and grass seemed to be cut daily! Our son (9) loved the flume and the chance to have a training session with people from Plymouth Argyle! Highly recommend and will be going again.

Date of stay: 23rd April 2016
The caravan was lovely very spacious with lots of mod cons including music system would recommend the site to anyone
Angela, Pembrokeshire
Date of stay: 28th March 2016
The only concern that I had was that each room had much needed heaters and there was a gas fire the plugs were not in places where they could be used safely I burned my leg a couple of times whilst passing them. I wondered if the would be better wall mounted though I used to put one outside the bathroom into the kitchen but it meant I lost a plug for cooking. This is not I stress a complaint, because we really enjoyed our stay, we are all adults although one is elderly and the others disabled so it made it a bit of a worry it would be more difficult with children I think. It did not detract from the enjoyment of the holiday we loved it. So I just wanted to mention it.
Naga
Date of stay: 28th March 2016
Hi All,

The stay was good and caravan was very nice. I would expect some bathroom towels and some tea and coffe provision at least.

There is no response at all from Reception for any repairs. We were there on Easter holidays and water heater and gas went off. We had to wait from 6am to 8.15am to get gas and heaters on.

I expect some emergency support to be available for such situations
Kelly

Derrick, Doncaster
Date of stay: 7th March 2016
The budget caravan was excellent value for money. It was very cold and the heaters in the bedrooms did not work but when we mentioned this to staff they gave us 2 electric heaters. The caravan was very clean and comfortable and was adequate for our needs.

Date of stay: 30th October 2015
Caravan was lovely. A pleasant surprise, lovely and warm, spacious master bedroom with an ensuite toilet, fantastic! Liked the layout. Some staining in places but that's to be expected. Couldn't fault it. Heaters provided so it was warm and cosy. A light bulb had gone but weren't bothered by it so didn't get it replaced. Would recommend it here.
Adrian, Stratford Upon Avon
Date of stay: 26th October 2015
Very much exceeded my expectations.
Patar, New Addington
Date of stay: 26th October 2015
Holiday was prity good but in the park not. Is not enaugth kids entertainment. Very poor. The 80 year partis was only for old people. No happy.
David, Gravesend Kent
Date of stay: 17th October 2015
Beautiful caravan clean and comfortable. May be overpriced in height of season but good value in late season . Steps outside could be improved with only one handrail and steep difficult to access.
Patricia, Milton Keynes
Date of stay: 28th September 2015
Well equipped flat, nicely furnished and maintained. Well prepared for our holiday
Lynne, Gloucestershire
Date of stay: 25th September 2015

Budget caravan was a lot more than we expected, lovely and clean with plenty of space. Ideal for our family with 2 small children, even managed to put in bed up to squeeze in the travel cot.
Bed linen rather bright and could do with some better fitting curtains.

Brilliant caravan, surprised how nice the caravan was for a bronze, at first I thought we'd been given a higher grade caravan, and the central heating was much needed with my baby on a night

Marion, Cambridge
Date of stay: 11th October 2014
Beds in the twin room are too small for an adult, but I did expect them to be small in a caravan. This is the only reason I have put 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10.
Bedding is very good quality, kitchen well equipped, very good fridge and freezer, microwave and cooker.
Lisa, Belvedere

There is not much to do in the local area for families which wouldn't be so bad of the park was better. All the facilities are rather tired looking for example the kids park needs a paint job. The park has alot of caravans and not enough facilities to accommodate when the park is fully booked for example 2 nights in a row we could but get a table in the entertainment venue and the one night we tried to done in the tiny restaurant we could not get a table at 4.45pm and had to eat in the bar which wouldn't have been a problem but we were not allowed a high chair in the bar meaning my daughter had to eat her meal in her buggy or balanced on my lap not easy. There wasn't much for teenagers also which wasn't an issue for us but I did notice it meant teenagers had nothing to do of an evening other than gather outside the club house.

Great holiday. Only complaint is the restaurant is too small for size of camp and the pool closing for lunch. It was a lovely sunny day and we had to leave. When we got back the sun was gone in. Need to employ more life guards.

Had a lovely stay at Trelawne Manor. Children enjoyed the walks, the views, the pond, the park, most definitely the pool and the evening entertainment. Bit too much Bingo and not enough kids stuff but all in all we had a great holiday. Trelawne Manor is very well situated for days out and Looe is just beautiful. I miss our mornings crabbing.

Accommodation was great but the ceiling in all rooms were badly bubbled The gas fire did not work and kitchen sink dripped. The entertainment was good but the play Park was to small for the size of the site and the amusements did not cater for little ones.

this is a great park in great surroundings. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was very good, but what made it were the stripeys. They were very energetic and kept things flowing from kids entertainment to bingo to adult games to cabaret. They never seemed to tire and always had a smile. Will definitely be going to one of the parks again.

really good break, only one minor point, pool was closed for some class and were told to come back in 1 hr. Wouldn't normally be a problem but when your kids ar 1 and 3 years old it does throw you a bit.

I truthfully can not fault anything about Trelawne Manor. The caravan was spotless, the facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights Monday to Friday and had a very enjoyable time. We would definitely go back and recommend Trelawne Manor to friends and family.
