What a lovely campsite very clean a really great walking place for the dog plenty to do for the children with the games room and a very clean swimming pool also lovely bread baked fresh every morning we will be back again soon very friendly staff a really relaxing holiday also great for motorhomes

Great Break on very good site

The caravan we stayed at was T8 it was the cleanest of caravans I've stayed at. The beds were made beautifully and comfortable. A very spacious caravan. Loved the little touches such as coffee and tea and a sponge, dish cloth, and washing up liquid.

We stayed in the Cottage at Woodovis Holiday Camp from 12th to 19th July 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the Snack Shack where on-site meals could be ordered. The Cottage sleeps up to 5 guests with a Super King-size bedroom, a single bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The Cottage was spotless with all required conveniences and outdoor eating and relaxation areas. We had use of the on-site indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Physiotherm infra red therapy room.

we spent 3 nights at Woodovis Park and were very impressed with our static caravan, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, comfy bed and wifi. The park is beautifully maintained with attractive trees and flowers, a lovely woodland walk and a great enclosed field for our dog.You can visit the onsite shop and order freshly baked bread to be picked up in the morning. There is a swimming pool and Spa pool. the facilities offered to people camping included spotless toilets and showers, laundry and washing up spaces, pizza oven, campers kitchen, dog spa and a take away 'Snack Shack'.A peaceful location with close proximity to Dartmoor and Tavistock.An added bonus was very friendly helpful staff team on site!

The Super Robin had everything we needed in it and more. Loves the welcome gift that was in the van as well.

The beds were amazing (normally not too comfy in rental caravans) everything was clean & there was enough equipment in the kitchen to create a meal.

Fabulous few days in the cottage, only small criticism was the low water pressure in the shower. Very clean and welcoming, everything we needed for a relaxing break.

We loved staying here! The cottage was super cosy and warm, perfect for the typical English weather. Very clean too.

We had a lovely stay at Woodovis Cottage! The recent upgrades make it super cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was spotless and the garden is perfect for relaxing. The free Wi-Fi and good heating saved us on that rainy day. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the caravan, it had everything we needed. A bigger TV might be a good idea though.

The caravan was decent overall, though space in front of the toilet was a bit tight. Kitchen was lovely!

We loved our stay at Woodovis! The facilities are top-notch and the location is perfect for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Definitely recommend it for a lovely break.

Sofas not very comfortable

We had a fantastic spontaneous weekend here! The staff made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The caravan was spotless and having WiFi everywhere was a real bonus. The indoor pool was great, though the games room was a bit tight, but we still had a good laugh with the kids.

The living space is really spacious, which we loved and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic! WiFi wasn’t the strongest and a proper fridge-freezer would’ve been nice, but overall, it was a great spot to base ourselves from.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cosy little cottage. Perfect for us and the dog, with everything we needed and a super comfy bed. The only thing we’d suggest is swapping those low light shades in the kitchen-they’re a bit of a head-banger! A BBQ and outdoor furniture would be great additions too.

Beautiful, scenic park. Woodovis Cottage was immaculately clean and well presented. Highly recommended. We visited with our 2 year old and our dog and had no issues.

Fabulous stay site staff accommodation and area 10/10

Fantastic site run with the utmost professionalism, we stayed in the newly refurbished cottage and where very impressed, we will return in the future. The site has inventive amenity ideas for both the caravan and motorhome visitors and do everything to please their clients, without doubt it lives up to its 5 star rating.

Small but perfectly formed site, very well looked after by all the lovely staff. Very clean. Great dog walk area with both shaded and sunny areas to walk. Dog spa is a particular bonus!

This is a lovely park - set in countryside but near to the market town of Tavistock and easy reach of the coast. All the facilities you need and helpful, friendly staff. We would certainly recommend this park. Be advised you do need a car and only disappointment was that the local pub is not really an easy short stroll as you have to walk quite a way and part of that on a main road with no path which is a problem if you have dogs or not steady to walk on grass verges. The park (and pub) would benfit from a dog friendly back footpath from the site. Otherwise a super tidy park, dog and family friendly (our dogs loved the dog play field) and good value for money.

can not fault this site if looking for a quiet break

Lovely quiet relaxing park, ultra clean and the most comfortable double bed ( which surprised me, with it being a caravan). Crisp white hotel quality bedding too.
