Overall, the caravan was pretty nice, but a few things could be better. The grill was dirty when we arrived and the candles looked like they needed a dust. The saucepan was a bit battered too. Plus, it was on a busy corner, which was noisy. And they lost the key, took ages to find it!

Really enjoyed our visit, the staff were lovely and attentive. The food was delicious, whether we dined in or took away. Definitely will be coming back soon!

We really enjoyed this caravan - it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in recently. The two double rooms worked perfectly for us and the location was lovely too.

Great place for family get-togethers, especially with the second bathroom-it made things so much easier!

We really enjoyed our stay at West Bay. The staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome. The caravan was spotless and comfortable, which was great. The restaurant was a bit inconsistent; waiting over an hour for food once was a pain, especially since it wasn’t fantastic when it arrived. Outside, the tables could do with more regular cleaning - seagulls are a bit of a problem. Overall, a lovely area though!

The caravan was really nice overall, but the curtains were hanging off the window. Would’ve been perfect with some proper attachments though. Cheers!

We had an amazing week with the kids and my nan. Everything was spot on; honestly, we didn’t want to leave at all!

We had such a good stay! The caravan was spotlessly clean, really modern and spacious. Arriving to made-up beds and toilet roll was a nice touch. Plenty of plug sockets, USB ports and those touch lamps were so handy. We loved it!

Was abit disappointed with the facilities and entertainment, was very run down and old. Children’s entertainment/ activities felt very half ***** and we’re crazy money for what was on offer. Restaurant and bar area were extremely pricey. Caravan was mouldy and smelt of oil/grease. Tried to upgrade but was told there was only top tier left and would cost us almost £200 extra.

The place is in a lovely spot by the port, but honestly, it’s a bit worn out and could do with a refresh. Still, I’d visit again mainly for the location.

We had a pretty decent week here. Since the kids are older, we didn't bother with the indoor stuff. The site’s a bit worn out, but it was tidy. Staff were friendly and really helpful too.

We loved our stay at Manatee! The place had everything-wine cooler, full-size fridge freezer and two double bedrooms with ensuites. Definitely the nicest place we've stayed and it’s raised the bar for our future holidays. Would recommend!

Interesting place - stunning views along coast in both directions - lots of nearby places to go both on the coast and inland - wonderful buildings and history . Loads of food choice in West Bay and walking opportunities . Can be windy on the beach .

Beautiful place , park was lovely and clean swimming pool with slide was so much fun for our 10 yr old especially as the weather wasn't great so we spent a lot of time in there! The clubhouse did smell a bit old and musty but other than that the place is lovely and West bay itself is stunning I would definitely go again.

We had an amazing holiday! The caravan was lovely, we stayed in the herring. The bed was very comfortable and made up on arrival. Our daughter loved the swimming pool, it was nice and warm and the entertainment for her she thoroughly enjoyed! So much do here and see. The open top bus had stunning views over the coast and took us on a lovely ride to Weymouth. We Will definitely be returning.

Very clean caravan,helpful staff and a very scenic area of Dorset.

Poor service at the restaurant and bar waited over forty five minuets for service this was on our fourth visit non came, must have been staff who were not very keen. the other times were fine so walked out. The rest of the holiday amenities were very good. overall we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and would come again.

Fantastic location. West Bay is stunning. Caravan was very clean, overall park was very clean. Great playground and entertainment. Restaurant was fab and staff amazing. We are booking to go again next year.

A good caravan site for pre school children, quiet with just enough to do.

Lovely site clean caravan helpful staff didn’t use the restaurant plus we were lucky with the weather.
