Excellent, l can not fault this place or the staff. It's not 5 star luxury but l would take my experience over that any day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to return here myself, as at almost 70, I found the long drive from where I live rather too tiring. Glad I made the effort for one last time.

First time here at this lodge. And we were so sad to leave. If your looking for complete peace this is the number 1 place to be. Situated pretty much in the middle of nowhere surrounded by beautiful scenery - it was incredible. Theres plenty to do in the surrounding area - we went on a dolphin spotting trip which was amazing, and there was plenty more to do in the booklet We were supplied with. To get about we did have a car to drive there and even going to the local shop or town was a beautiful drive also. We stayed at the burnside lodge and there was nothing better to do at the end of the day than sitting on the balcony and listening to the river flow past and the birds tweeting. Cant wait to be back!

The balcony of our lodge looked on to a field where ponies grazed and they were keen to meet us. We all enjoyed our short break at the park including the pooch. Safe place for children who played in the play area and could also be seen from our lodge window.
We would have perhaps liked a small shop for milk/bread.
We did enjoy the accordian music by Eddie and partner one evening when we ate in the restaurant.
Date of stay: 14th October 2018
Lovely welcome from staff. Comfy lodge.

Lodges were lovely and well stocked with everything we could need. Only had to take our own towels. That was it. Beautiful setting. Only one small gripe. The TV was tiny :-D
Date of stay: 22nd May 2017
Enjoyable but dated facilities
Date of stay: 17th April 2017
Great holiday.
Date of stay: 7th April 2017
Lovely light, tidy lodge with everything we needed for our stay. Though the lodges sit quite close together they feel very private due to the positioning. We didn't use the laundry and though the restaurant looked nice, it seemed a little expensive for us so we stuck to self catering. Teenagers enjoyed seeing the deer and the beautiful horses close up and found the goose terrifying! Location was good, not too remote and 5 mins to the main road. If I was in this area again I would definitely stay again.

Roz, Weston-super-mare
Date of stay: 28th January 2017
This was excellent value for money from the moment we arrived and smelled thepine in the wooden cabin we knew this was going to be ideal. It was ideal, there was wifi, cleaning equipment and a nearby laundrette. The TV is served by many channels, so we didn't miss favourite programs as we ate our dinner! The journeys and scenery were awesome and we travelled all the way up to Wick and across to Loch Carron. We visited the magnificent Glen Cannich and on other days we travelled to the Cairngorms.
Our one disappointment was to not see dolphins at Chanonry Point and when two people told us that in 42 years of living they'd seen nary a one we gave up.
Malcolm, Inverkeithing
Date of stay: 24th September 2016
Beautiful location if you want peice and quiet. Local towns offer any essentials and Inverness only a short drive away for anything else.
Alan, Highlands
Date of stay: 17th September 2016
New lodges very well furnished but lack basics no hooks for shower towel in bathroom. No shelf in shower for gel. No hooks in kitchen for teatowels. No extra bin liners no chopping boards.
Fantastic location. Great little pub. Shops a short drive away. Great base for visiting surrounding areas. Highly recommended.
Fantastic short trip even though it took us 12 hrs to get there from London
Fantastic setting and very helpful and friendly staff. Lodges really need updating, but clean and comfortable.
The Ranch is great in the middle of the forest.

Very comfortable and a great base to see the area
Had a fantasic week re living childhood memories with my kids xx my kids loved it and want to go back soon. Staff are fantastic and always willing to help .defo be back
Clean, warm and well equiped lodge. Family and staff are friendly and helpful. This was our 3rd visit over many years and it never disappoints.
Really enjoyed our winter break away. Was lovely site with plenty to see. We expected not much would be open, but still found stuff to do. Very nice site and lovely people.
A brilliant long weekend: so comfortable, peaceful and lots to do nearby. Beautiful grounds with plenty space and deer, highland cows and a goosey gander as well as the lovely woodland walk and Loch. Lodge was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, really well equipped and toasty warm. A warm welcome and lovely people running the Lodges.
