Parc Farm Holiday Park

Great holiday park we had a perfect location it’s a little way to travel to beaches towns however we knew that in advance. Our accommodation was excellent. A couple of things which would help.! Would have been nice to have a changing room at the pool. Also a small shop for some basics. Very helpful & friendly staff. Would we go again. Yes. .

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It’s perfectly placed, away from busy areas and the hot tub was a real treat. The owners were super helpful without being clingy. They've got it just right!

We had such a lovely time at this place! The setting is really peaceful and private, perfect for escaping the hustle. The owners are super friendly and always there if you need anything, but you still feel like you have your own space. The hot tub was such a treat after a long day of cycling. Only thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay at all!

Really enjoyed the walk, the place was charming and the dogs loved exploring all the fields too!

We had such a lovely time staying here! Sharon and Robert were genuinely welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home. The place had everything we needed - super clean, comfy and safe for our dog Archie. The location was perfect for exploring Thaxted and nearby villages, which are absolutely charming. Honestly, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed, so it was definitely a great break for us!

We stayed at a really cosy place that had everything we needed. The house was warm and inviting, which was perfect given the rainy December weather. The bath was fantastic and the shower was spacious too. Being near a flight path didn’t bother us at all, so don’t worry about that. It’s an ideal spot for dogs scared of fireworks, really peaceful in the middle of nowhere. Thanks a lot!

We had such a lovely stay at Goddard's Mead! Rob & Sharon really put a lot of effort into preserving the charm of this historic building and their warm welcome made us feel right at home. Bonnie was adorable too! The location is perfect for exploring Essex’s quaint villages, especially Thaxted, which is full of interesting history and lovely sights. Definitely a place to recommend if you're after a relaxing break in a beautiful setting.

The place itself is beautifully kept, super cosy, with a lovely strong shower and a comfy bed - perfect after a day out. Parking right next to the cottage is a huge plus and the area around is just stunning, with scenic walks to Thaxted and easy trips to see the windmill and historic houses. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this cosy cottage! The place was super well-kept and fully equipped, making everything easy. Loved the dog-friendly walks just outside the door and meeting Penelope the pig was a real highlight. The host was lovely, really quick to reply and friendly. Definitely coming back-great value and a perfect getaway for us and the pups!

We stayed at this charming cottage on a working farm and honestly, it felt surprisingly private. Robert and Sharon are such lovely hosts, really friendly and welcoming. The place itself is really spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that made sleeping a breeze. The garden is pretty secluded, dog-proof and with nice furniture to relax on. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxted has some great restaurants like The Star and The Maypole-definitely worth a visit. We’d happily come back!

A beautiful park,well kept & caravan was spotless & well equipped ! Comfy bed ! Only downside for us was location of reception & amenities,not so good for disabled !

A large but pretty holiday park, it is very quiet and peaceful. Most of the homes are privately owned and very well kept. The site is ideally located close to walks and beautiful Welsh scenery. There is a coin operated launderette on site and a swimming pool. We didn’t use the clubhouse but they offer food and drink.

This was our first time staying at Parc Farm.. It is now our favourite Caravan Park! We loved everything about Parc Farm.. We also had a stunning caravan.. It was so clean.. Thank You...

lovely site all caravans well space out not all in rows like a lot of caravan sits we had a nice van in a very nice spot very friendly staff only down side is its in the middle of no wear no shops or pubs in walking distends you do need a car having said that we would stay hear again

Lovely site was quiet as it’s late in year,Caravan was spotless perfect,Residents that were there were very friendly as it looks like a site which has a lot of privately owned caravans.Staff were really nice checking on us at the van when we arrived.20 minute drive to Mold a nice small town but everything there. 45 minute drive to Rhyl so everything what u want a site with glorious views and a cub house for a drink the evening,

We booked a dog friendly bronze caravan for our stay. The caravan was lovely, clean, had heating throughout. Normally we pick lodges or higher grade vans but didn’t have the option on this site so wasn’t expecting an amazing van for a bronze, pet friendly one after bad experiences at other parks over the years. I was really surprised and happy with how lovely the caravan was. We stayed in LadyAnn 3 and would definitely go again. We arrived a bit early and asked about things to do in the area at reception as we couldn’t get in until 5pm. It would be nice to have the option to upgrade and pay to get in earlier. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We even managed to check in earlier after the reception team checked to see if our van was ready. The site have lots on site, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, park, crazy golf. So very family friendly. You do have to book to use the pool which we didn’t use so I can’t comment on the pool but it looked nice. We used the restaurant/takeaway twice and the food was really lovely, would recommend. The park it’s self was very quiet and and well kept and in a rural location which was nice. There’s Ruthin nearby with a big Tesco and other shops so you can buy supplies. Which is handy when you have a family and staying in a caravan. We explored the surrounding area and coast. There’s lots to do but most is at least a 30-50 minute drive away and the caravan site makes a great base to explore all that NorthWales has to offer. There’s some amazing places.
