Fab park with great facilities. My two children had a great time in kids club with all the star rangers being fantastic! Will hopefully be going next year.

Wouldnt ever go back very dated and cleaners need to do there job as it was not clean at all

Overall very disappointingPoor quality and cleanliness of caravan. Still dirty on arrival, damaged wall and broken bed. Missing bedding, cutlery and glasses. Outside looked like an ashtray. Site app not very user friendly. Entertainment very good but also very disjointed and not family friendly of a night. Overall facilities were great but couldnt understand where the evening entertainment for adults was.

Not a pleasant site for other people staying on the site rude and kids unruly and wild. Witnessed a row over a 2p machine with my 4 year old daughter. Club house was hit and miss some nights packed others empty.

Would never go back had no water for 2 days

Robin hood site had everything for us .beach and great facilities. Peacefull and a great holiday for us and our dog.

Perfect base for holiday, would have loved a brush or a hoover to keep it as clean as it was when we arrived.

Lovely caravan

We loved staying here! The garden was perfect for our dog, the hot tub was a real treat and the hosts couldnt have been nicer. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel really welcome. The building itself is beautifully converted, keeping its historic charm but with all the modern comforts. Goddard's Mead is perfect for a peaceful getaway - we loved exploring Thaxted and the surrounding villages, which are packed with interesting history and lovely sights. The location is spot on for relaxing and discovering Essex. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a cosy break!

We stayed at this lovely cottage in a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a real treat and the place was spotless with all the essentials. Plenty of walks nearby, both in the village and beyond. Absolutely loved it, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage tucked away on a working farm, but honestly, its so private we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely charming and welcoming. The space inside is generous, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didnt want to leave. The garden is perfect for dogs-completely enclosed-and great for relaxing. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxteds restaurants, like The Star and The Maypole, are worth a visit. Wed definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying in this caravan. Its got a lovely, spacious feel and everything we needed was there. As Im quite tall, I appreciated the shower being big enough-rare find! The bed was super comfy, slept like a dream. Would book again!

Beautiful caravan very spacious with everything you need. As I'm 6 ft tall the shower was actually big enough for me to use which is unusual and the double bed was very comfortable I had a really good night sleep

We had a fantastic time! The location was perfect, with the bus stop right outside, making it so easy to get around. The caravan was spotless when we arrived, beds all made up, which was a lovely touch. The staff were really friendly too. Honestly, we enjoyed it so much weve already booked for next year!

We had such a lovely weekend here! The place was just what we needed, super cosy and perfect for relaxing. Our dogs had a blast in the garden, especially with the underfloor heating - they didnt want to leave! Luna wagged her tail so much she strained it, but shes all good now. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Good van, but a few minor quirks

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was lovely. The cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Despite being on a farm, it felt really peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit!

We needed a quick getaway and found this place, honestly perfect. Lovely comfy stay, with plenty of pubs and eateries nearby. The best part? Miles of fields and trails for the dog-he loved it! Would def return.

We had a lovely stay in this charming spot, tucked away in a quiet, private setting. The owners were so friendly and helpful, always just a short distance if we needed anything but respecting our privacy. The hot tub was a real treat after cycling all day. A heads up though-it's directly under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us after a while, but if you're sensitive, its worth knowing. Overall, a great place to unwind!

We recently stayed at this charming little cottage and honestly, it had everything we needed - we didnt have to bring much at all! The owners, Sharon and Rob, thought of everything, from the well-stocked welcome pack to the little extras for our dogs. The enclosed garden was perfect for dogs and the hot tub was the highlight. Communication was quick and friendly. Honestly, we left feeling completely relaxed. Its a lovely spot for a quiet getaway and were already planning to come back!

This site is great the caravans are very clean and it has everything on site only downside is we didn't know you had to book swimming in advance but no big deal we went there for our honeymoon and have booked to go back next July can't wait

Holiday was great, not many places to get food from if you leave it a little late, pool closes early which is a shame but other than that, great facilities, would definitely go there again

Well my kids had fun the swimming pool was fantastic,my only fault was the table top fridge for a family of 8 .

Amazing holiday site, little girls loved it
