Sundrum Castle

Had a good comfortable stay

Great selection, really enjoyed everything!

Perfect spot for a day out! Definitely

We had a lovely time sitting outside with the dogs, even if some seats werent the comfiest. Staff were super quick and friendly and the app for ordering was a real bonus. Prices are a bit higher, but worth it for sure!

We had a lovely holiday overall, but the food in the restaurant was quite disappointing. The chicken and bacon were really tough-couldnt even cut or chew them properly, so we just left it. It felt like a waste of money to dine there. On top of that, we found the female security staffs attitude a bit shocking when she brushed off our questions. However, the reception and other security team members were really helpful and went out of their way for us.

We asked for an upgrade and the lovely lady sorted us out with a caravan not too far from the main complex, which was really thoughtful. The staff all seemed genuinely cheerful and enjoyed their work. The arcade lady with blonde hair, often in a ponytail and sometimes wearing glasses, was particularly fantastic - such a sweet and friendly person. We even mentioned it to her on our last day. Wed definitely return and hopefully next time, therell be even more to keep us busy. We left feeling really positive about the stay!

Really enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed the trip, felt completely recharged after we returned.

We all had such a lovely time, truly unforgettable holiday moments together.

Spacious cupboards and squeaky floors, but the couch wasnt comfy at all.

Couch not very comfortable floorboards very squeaky plenty cupboard space.

We had a lovely time! The scenery was stunning and the staff were genuinely friendly. Theres plenty for little ones, though teens might find it a bit quieter. Still, well return!

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return.

The sites quite hectic, with endless rows of vans everywhere.

Verey good but a busy site with serried rows of vans

One of the broken chair, also bad bit tiny

Quite a cosy place

Not to family comfortably

Great spot for family outings, loved it!

Really enjoyed the stay overall

We loved our 4 days here; the woodl and walks right outside were perfect for the dogs.

We had such a lovely family break! Plenty to keep everyone entertained both on the site and nearby. Fingers crossed everythings open next year! Would love to return.

The caravan had everything we needed, though it was a bit tight space-wise. Still, for the price, it was definitely worth it. Would come back!

Really enjoyed our stay, will return!

The staff here are genuinely friendly and attentive, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. Food was hot and delicious too!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sundrum Castle, lovely surroundings and definitely planning to return!

The caravan was spotless and looked really modern when we arrived, which was great. It did feel a bit smaller than the photos suggested, especially with the kids running around, so next time well pick one that sleeps 8. Overall, we had a decent stay and would return!

The caravan was quite comfy for our family of four, though the bed springs were a tad too firm and the duvet seemed a bit worn out. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Very satisfied with it

The accommodation and site were really great, we loved the overall vibe. The entertainment team was friendly and fun, though it was clear they were a bit stretched with staff shortages. One guy juggling kids entertainment and DJ duties was impressive but a bit much for one person. Still, we had a good time!

We loved it and will definitely be going back

Holiday was amazing highly recommended

Good nice friendly complex. Been coming here for the last 7 years.

We had a fantastic time for our first visit to Sandrum Castle, it definitely won't be our last. We are a family of 5 and our 3 kids are 7, 5 & 20months old, the staff were fantastic, the kids really enjoyed the entertainment available to them, we also had a great time celebrating my partners birthday while we were there. We can't wait to go back.
