Lovely and clean ( thank you Kerry) . The carpet was spotless as was the seating area . Lovely kitchen which had a fridge freezer oven and microwave and toaster . Also had central heating in all the rooms which was lovely. Plenty of hot water and the shower had a decent water pressure. The beds were made up ready and were comfortable. Loved that a small box with cloth sponge was washing up liquid was left by the kitchen sink and loo roll in the bathrooms

Caravan was clean and had all the basics you need on a short break. We only used the site restaurant once a good takeaway pizza.

Overall great caravan was of a higher quality than expected and the staff where amazing, only negative I could say is that the bar area is starting to feel a little dated

The caravan was nice and spacious- definitely worth having a 6 berth for 4 adults otherwise twin room would have been too cramped for my two large teenagers!!

Best value for money ,so cheap but top quality luxury accomodation, we absolutely loved our platinum lodge, better than being in our own home, loved the dishwasher, the lodge was so spacious, the robes and slippers were wonderful we all felt very pampered and spoilt,xxx well done Broadland sands.

Would recommend getting a booking system on your app for swimming, sometimes getting there at 9am and 50 people Infront of you to book for the next 24hrs.

Really need to allow more families into the swimming pool. Hour sessions with a half hour break in between and the maximum number of people allowed to book in the day before seems like overkill. If it’s to do with staff numbers then recruit or re train some but if it’s to do with covid then relax the rules as everywhere else already has. Great pool and slide but the booking system needs addressing.

All the staff where very helpful and had time for you.
I would be very happy to recommend this site to anyone.
And I will be going back to this site.
We did not use the on-site restaurant or bar but it did look clean and tidy and the on-site shop was well stocked.

Fabulous site ,kept clean and tidy with very good facilities -just a pity that due to errosion there is no access to the beach though there are lovely beaches not far away .The only issue was with the launderette as it is operated by an app on your phone which is ok if you have a modern phone also my security on my phone alerted me to possible malware ! Not suitable for elderly customers -there is a fabulous launderette in Gorleston though . We were in caravan 286 overlooking the sea which was lovely, clean and well equipped !
