The place is pretty massive, but finding the rooms was a bit tricky at first. Once we got settled, everything was clean, well-maintained and had what we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the food in the restaurant-could definitely be improved, but overall, we had a decent stay!

The location is fantastic and the park’s amenities are spot on. Our caravan was spotless and felt brand new. The staff at Broadland Sands were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. We splurged on early check-in for £15, totally worth it, plus they called to check everything was fine. Great stay!

Pretty decent overall experience

At first, the bed felt quite firm, probably because of the waterproof sheet. But after a couple of nights, I got used to it pretty quickly!

It was a lovely stay, just a short walk to the beach!

Misunderstood the booking details.

We found it really spacious and comfy for the family. The cupboard space is fantastic and the full fridge freezer is a bonus! Definitely recommend.

We loved the caravan! It was beautifully modern, way better than previous stays, with a proper en suite in the main bedroom and a full-size fridge freezer. Brilliant!

Honestly, I expected more from this place, but it was quite disappointing.

We had a lovely stay, big thanks to Kerry for keeping everything spotless. The carpet and seating area were really clean, which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave and toaster - handy stuff! All the rooms had central heating, so no worries about being cold. Plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure. Beds were made up and super comfy. Nice touch with the sponge and washing up liquid by the sink and loo rolls in the bathrooms too.

Absolutely loved it! We had such a great time and can’t wait to return!

The caravan was spotless and well-equipped for a quick getaway. We only ate at the on-site restaurant once, but the takeaway pizza was pretty good!

We honestly had a really good experience. The caravan exceeded our expectations with its quality and the staff were genuinely fantastic. The only thing is, the bar area could do with a refresh soon.

We had an amazing time and it’s definitely a trip we’ll remember. Already telling friends and family and we’re even thinking about buying a holiday home there. Can’t wait to return!

Great van, very tidy and clean

We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was roomy enough for four adults, especially with the 6 berth. Having that extra space made a big difference for our teenagers. The site was tidy and well-maintained too.

Would recommend getting a booking system on your app for swimming, sometimes getting there at 9am and 50 people Infront of you to book for the next 24hrs.

Really need to allow more families into the swimming pool. Hour sessions with a half hour break in between and the maximum number of people allowed to book in the day before seems like overkill. If it’s to do with staff numbers then recruit or re train some but if it’s to do with covid then relax the rules as everywhere else already has. Great pool and slide but the booking system needs addressing.

This one of the best sites I have be to. It is clean and tidy. All the staff where very helpful and had time for you. I would be very happy to recommend this site to anyone. And I will be going back to this site. We did not use the on-site restaurant or bar but it did look clean and tidy and the on-site shop was well stocked.

Fabulous site ,kept clean and tidy with very good facilities -just a pity that due to errosion there is no access to the beach though there are lovely beaches not far away .The only issue was with the launderette as it is operated by an app on your phone which is ok if you have a modern phone also my security on my phone alerted me to possible malware ! Not suitable for elderly customers -there is a fabulous launderette in Gorleston though . We were in caravan 286 overlooking the sea which was lovely, clean and well equipped !
