Broadland Sands, between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft is in the perfect location for your holiday, and right on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk.

Situated on the beautiful east coast, you are in the perfect spot to do some exploring in both counties!

Although not directly accessible from the park, the nearby beach offers the perfect backdrop for walkers, explorers, and anyone that enjoys a beautiful view.

There is a great selection of facilities on the park, including a spectacular indoor pool with 45-metre flume and paddling pool, a roarsome dinosaur-themed adventure golf course, a family entertainment venue, a sports bar and lounge, plus a restaurant and takeaway.

We spent a fantastic week here in July with our two mini daschunds and they loved every minute of it! The village of Thaxted is charming and the cottage itself is really lovely. The hot tub was such a treat, especially with the hot weather-we appreciated how it was cooled down, making it really refreshing after a long day. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and it was lovely to see their dogs being taken out to the fields daily. Being close to Stansted and watching the planes land was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time! The caravan was really spacious and comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of room both inside and outside. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed a few picnics in the sunshine. The kids absolutely loved the park and the swimming pool, even if an hour felt a bit short. Overall, it was a brilliant holiday and we’re already talking about coming back again!

We had a fantastic week staying here from 15 to 22 July with our two mini dachshunds. They loved exploring the village of Thaxted and making new friends. The cottage itself is charming and the hot tub was a real highlight-perfect for cooling off during the hot weather. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. It was lovely to see their dogs being taken out to the fields every day. Being near Stansted’s flight path was interesting, especially watching the planes land. We’d definitely recommend it!

Our dogs absolutely adored the underfloor heating and the garden - Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, but she was so happy! Definitely planning to come back soon. The cottage’s charm is undeniable, with its traditional half-timbered look and spotlessly clean interior. The shower is powerful and the cosy living space is perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking right beside the cottage was a real bonus and we enjoyed peaceful walks across the fields to Thaxted. It’s a great spot for exploring the area easily.

We had a lovely stay at Goddard's Mead! Rob and Sharon really put a lot of effort into preserving the charm of the historic building and their warm welcome made us feel right at home. Bonnie was adorable too. The location is perfect for exploring Essex’s beautiful villages like Thaxted, which is full of character and history. Definitely recommend taking some time to wander around and soak it all in. Great place for a relaxing break!

Would recommend getting a booking system on your app for swimming, sometimes getting there at 9am and 50 people Infront of you to book for the next 24hrs.

Really need to allow more families into the swimming pool. Hour sessions with a half hour break in between and the maximum number of people allowed to book in the day before seems like overkill. If it’s to do with staff numbers then recruit or re train some but if it’s to do with covid then relax the rules as everywhere else already has. Great pool and slide but the booking system needs addressing.

This one of the best sites I have be to. It is clean and tidy. All the staff where very helpful and had time for you. I would be very happy to recommend this site to anyone. And I will be going back to this site. We did not use the on-site restaurant or bar but it did look clean and tidy and the on-site shop was well stocked.

Fabulous site ,kept clean and tidy with very good facilities -just a pity that due to errosion there is no access to the beach though there are lovely beaches not far away .The only issue was with the launderette as it is operated by an app on your phone which is ok if you have a modern phone also my security on my phone alerted me to possible malware ! Not suitable for elderly customers -there is a fabulous launderette in Gorleston though . We were in caravan 286 overlooking the sea which was lovely, clean and well equipped !
