Fairway Lakes Lodges are beautifully positioned in a stunning development within the grounds of Caldecott Hall Golf Club and Spa.

The 400 acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Norfolk Broads with its unique landscape just waiting to be discovered by car, boat, bike or on foot.

Fairway Lakes Lodges are surrounded by the Hall’s two golf courses providing enviable views over the manicured fairways and affording the peace and quiet you will fall in love with as you unwind in the sauna before immersing yourself in the bubbling hot tub to stargaze the evening away.

If you do choose to leave the luxury of the lodge, there is the option to use facilities outside of Fairway Lakes Lodges.

At Caldecott hall has two 18 hole golf courses*, spa* and indoor pool, Please note they have set times for children to use the pool accompanied by an adult – Friday 4pm – 7pm Saturday and Sunday 9am -12pm (Subject to availability) * or why not venture further afield to discover Suffolk’s charming villages, golden beaches, the Norfolk Broads or the thriving city of Norwich.
