We have always booked via hoseasons but this caravan was by far their best and most clean van my only critisisum if i was being really picky was non of the vans had ouside decking and with a small child i would have prefered to have had 1 with it to keep gate shut and them in rather than playing where cars were but the van its self by far their best one !

We were located in kingfisher court and it was quiet and lovely . Couldn't have had a better location on the site after walking round. If we could book that area again we would come back again.

Caravan was perfect for our needs. We moved the single beds on top of each other to fit my sons travel cot up in but this was no hassle.
Fridge wasn't overly cold.
Comfy and practical.
Perfect spot in the park.
Lovely decking area.

Date of stay: 2nd July 2016
Excellent accommodation apart from no bed side tables or shelves in 2 twin rooms and maybe bath mat in shower room would help
Jayne, Romford
Date of stay: 27th June 2016
More space than I expected good facilities for a weekend stay. Mop and bucket in bathroom was bit off putting and caravan could have smelt a bit fresher but otherwise good.

Arrived and had been given a upgrade caravan was lovely
Iain, Sussex
Date of stay: 17th June 2016
Beautiful site well maintained and clearly very popular. My caravan appeared to be very new and was immaculate. Although some minor cleaning issues were noticed on arrival but easily cleared up. The only real disappointed of my stay was the presence of a significant number of small black insects in the door frame which found there way into the caravan and crawled everywhere. I appreciate it was a wooded setting but nonetheless it freaked me out.
Denice, Heacham

Very comfortable caravan - liked having the en suite...with 5 of us it was essential!!! Couldn't complain about kitchen equipment either except my grandson fancied boiled eggs and no egg cups so we used the egg box!!! Worked fine.
Suzanne, Nottingham

Date of stay: 18th August 2014
Lovely relaxing holiday. Friendly, clean and quiet site, without being dull. Our little boy loved the ducks and rabbits that hung about near our caravan. One morning we even woke up to find a deer outside!
Catherine, Kent
Date of stay: 15th August 2014
Lovely park in great woodland setting. Nice laid back feel to the park and both swimming pool areas were kept beautifully clean. Our kids did a couple of activities in the pool and the life guards were fun and got involved which was great.
The restaurant / bar was disappointing. Massive queues (even if you only want a drink you have to queue with the people ordering food). We ate in the restaurant once, waited an hour and when it finally arrived it was not great and cold.
Ian, Peterborough
Date of stay: 9th August 2014
For a change we went for a cheaper caravan and found out it was only 1 year old :)
Christine, Redhill
Date of stay: 4th August 2014
We booked to take our young Grandsons on holiday and did not know what to expect. What a wonderful surprise, the park is in a stunning location, the facilities first class, prices for extra activities reasonable and the staff without exception cheerful, pleasant and helpful. The crazy golf could stand some refurbishment but this Is minor. Thoroughly recommend this park if small children are involved and we have already rebooked for next August!
Dave, Sheffield
Date of stay: 13th June 2014
Exactly what we wanted , fitted the bill perfectly.
Paul, Bridgwater
Date of stay: 6th June 2014
Wonderful park with great facilities!
George, West Boldon
Date of stay: 16th May 2014
My only real disappointment was the two bars. During my stay they closed very early. With the one that was open the latest (the show bar) having last orders called at around 10:40 most nights.
Rebecca, Lowestoft
Date of stay: 21st April 2014
3rd time at this park and it was a brilliant as the 1st time in fact better. Accommodations (had 2) were fantastic and the got us next to each other :) only problem we had, that was rectified, was they advertised karaoke then weren't going to do... We always do karaoke so we had a word with the entertainments manager and got the karaoke :) can't wait to return again next year!!
Denise, Lowestoft
Date of stay: 31st March 2014
Fantastic Park, all staff very happy and helpful.
Not a lot to do for under 2s - think the only thing missing at the park is an indoor soft play area.
Stacey, Chadwell-st-mary
Date of stay: 31st March 2014
The site is beautiful. Lovely for the children as they can feed ducks outside the caravans and go on nature walks or park.
Will most certainly be returning.
Only thing that lets the site down is the outrageous charging for the fish shop
Val
Very nice stay would recommend the park to others.
John
What an amazing place. Peaceful location with nature everywhere! Perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Barry
Wild duck is our first choice of the haven parks in norfolk
Karen
Had a lovely time at the wild duck .
Keith
1st class caravan no fault found
Natalie
First time here and wanting to book again and hoping to get a good deal. Very clean in the caravan, the only thing I would say the pond and surroundings good do with a tidy up.
Janine
Such a great holiday park with friendly, attentive staff for whom nothing was too much trouble during our stay! The kids had a wonderful time & we will definately be back.

Fun Days Out near Wild Duck Holiday Park

about 5 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
about 10 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.

Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
about 24 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
about 27 Miles
This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.
about 30 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
about 31 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
about 33 Miles
This amazing owl sanctuary located in the Stowmarket area of Suffolk should be high on your list of places to visit in the area.  The attraction is also a registered charity and carries out important work in the care & rehabilitation of owls from the region.  The sanctuary also raises awareness of owl conservation throughout the UK.  Between April and the end of September there are two superb flying displays each day so you should try and make your visit coincide with one of these displays if you can.
about 36 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
about 37 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
