We stayed here in February and honestly, the whole experience was lovely. The lodge was spotless and really cosy, which made our stay even better. The kids had a blast watching the sheep grazing in the field every morning and the cats wandering by the windows added a nice touch of charm. Jen was super friendly and gave us some top tips for things to do in York. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride to the designer outlet and buses came quite frequently. The hot tub was a real highlight-so clean and perfect for unwinding. We’d definitely recommend it!

Overall we absolutely loved the lodge and the hot tub was beautifully clean and so relaxing, we also loved York itself, it’s definitely worth a trip

We just got back from an amazing week at Home Farm and honestly, it was fantastic. The cabin had everything we needed for a proper chill-out and the hot tub was such a treat - kept spotless every day, by the way. The beds and sofas were super comfy, making it easy to relax after days out. We loved cooking there too, with all the equipment and a barbecue on the veranda. Jen, the owner, was lovely and really knew her stuff about the area, always up for a chat. The wildlife was quite enchanting and catching a bus into York was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back soon, it was just a lovely time. Thanks again, Jen!

Ash Lodge felt so homely and relaxing, with stunning views on top of being super cosy. The shower was fantastic and the bed really comfortable. We’d definitely return!

We had such a lovely stay here! The views over the fields are absolutely stunning and the place was super clean. Using the park and ride for York was a real bargain. It’s perfect if you want some peace and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

We loved arriving at the lodge and feeling that calming vibe right away. The scenery was stunning and even our dog seemed totally relaxed and happy too. Great spot!
