Really comfy and well-equipped, definitely stays ahead of others.

The indoor pool was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The staff were super friendly and a few cabins even had hot tubs-lovely touch!

Honestly, we were really disappointed. The noise from the football area starts early and goes late, with kids and parents shouting and swearing constantly. It’s a shame because the site itself used to be lovely, but now it’s just too noisy and unruly.

We thought it would be a fun day, but honestly, it was disappointing. The place wasn’t clean at all - sofas, floors, carpets - all filthy. Our kids ended up getting sick. The outdoor area is a mess with deep carvings that soaked our shoes and clothes and I slipped, hurting my back. Not worth it!

We really loved the upgrade, but honestly, we’re curious about what extras we might have missed out on compared to what we paid for. Would’ve been nice to know!

We found it a bit frustrating that parking was quite far from the caravan, especially with all our shopping and luggage. Also, there wasn't any outdoor space to sit and relax outside, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, it served its purpose.

Not worth it

Overall, we had a good stay. The caravan was very clean when we arrived and suited our needs nicely. It was well equipped, although we were a bit disappointed there weren’t any cosy reading lights in the main bedroom-just the harsh ceiling light or nothing. The lounge also lacked a side lamp, so we ended up buying one cheaply from a charity shop. Still, it was a pleasant week!

We stayed in the caravan and found a few things could be better. A full-length mirror and a waste bin in the main bedroom would have made things more convenient. Larger towels would have been appreciated too. The curtains looked quite worn and needed re-hemming and there was a lampshade missing from the main light fitting. We kept having to remove spiders from different spots, which was stressful for my grandchild with a spider phobia. It wasn't ideal, but we made do!

We had a great stay in this cosy caravan, ideal for two. The shower was lovely and it had everything we needed. Just a heads-up, we washed all the utensils ourselves.

We really enjoyed the chalet - it looked almost br and new and was lovely overall. Just a heads-up, no sockets or mirrors in the bedrooms made getting ready a bit tricky!

The place felt really cosy, like a proper home. The crockery was a bit mismatched, but honestly, by the end of the season, we didn’t mind. Only thing was the spiders in the eaves-bit creepy! But overall, lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The caravan and windmill were lovely, but the location wasn't ideal - we'd choose a spot closer to the cars and with a better view next time. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful and the entertainment kept us entertained throughout our visit. Definitely worth it!

Our spot was in a quiet area with a lovely view, away from the hustle, which we loved. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, they had a great time. We didn’t use much else since we went out every day, but we’re definitely coming back!

We had a brilliant stay! It was a nice change from our usual motorhome trips and the chalet was lovely. Definitely recommend trying something different for a holiday.

Basic but clean. The children enjoyed football on the sports area in the evenings.

Great site and facilities. Friendly staff and good location. Sadly the outdoor pool was shut for a few days. Value for money in context is based on the unreasonable hike (double in this case) that all holiday companies seem to levy on parents at school holidays.
