Lodge was perfect. Everything you needed and spotlessly clean.

Had the nicest time, we were there for a week 2 adults 2 kids age 4 and under and it was perfect. The lodge is so clean and well kept, the stuff in it is simple but super clean feeling and tidy. Mattresses were comfy. Rented a high chair and travel cot which was great and reasonably priced. Playground for kids is brilliant and a little woodland area to explore. Shops restricted hours was a bit tricky for us but Cornwall produce was great, particularly the coffee and butter! Laundry facilities super helpful although you need lots of 50ps. The landscaping is so well maintained and it makes the location feel so secure and tucked away, it was really peaceful even though there were lots of families and we were all probs making lots of noise! Value for money wise, we couldnt fault it, it had everything we needed and stuff we didnt know we needed. Should add we stayed in a lodge which was brilliant for the one rainy day we had. Thank you for an amazing break, our first time to Cornwall and we had the best time.

ALl good apart from I would have preferred the kitchen to be better equiped with baking sheet, an extra sauce pan with lid and small frying pan

We had a great stay! The owners were so friendly and helpful, especially when the power went out during the storm. The cottage was spotless, warm and well-equipped. Our dog loved the garden and we really enjoyed the hot tub!

Loved our stay! The lodge was cosy and had everything we needed. The peaceful vibe was exactly what we wanted. Small shop on-site was handy. Cant wait to return for another weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location among the trees was peaceful and cosy, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, making it a hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend for a chill getaway!

Set in amongst the trees it was perfect for a relaxing time. Everything you needed was provided and clean.

We had a lovely stay at this charming rural retreat. The courtyard was gorgeous and the hot tub really made it special. Perfect spot for peaceful country walks, would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the chalet near Bodmin. The setting was lovely, with plenty of trees and birds that came to visit when we left some food outside. It felt like the place had been recently renovated because the carpet and furnishings looked new. The only thing to watch out for is that the roads around the camp are quite narrow, though we found the best route to take. Plus, being just under an hour from the coast made it a perfect spot for a quick getaway. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed in this lovely house during a rainy December and it was perfect for us. The place is really well equipped and kept warm, which was a lifesaver. The bath was fantastic and the shower had plenty of space. Though it's near a flight path, it didnt bother us at all. Ideal for dogs scared of fireworks, being in the middle of nowhere. Thanks so much!

Had a fantastic time at Ruthern valley the lodge had everything we needed fully equipped and the staff were great, there if needed but didn’t bother you it was totally fab didn’t want to leave there but will definitely be going back

Lodge was set in a nature reserve and was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The Lodge was extremely well equiped. This was our second stay at Ruthern Valley and it certainly won't be the last

Small and friendly holiday park in stunning surroundings with fabulous facilities. Do not hesitate to get yourself some peace and quiet here in this gorgeous corner of Cornwall.

Absolutely loved it. Small, peaceful site in a beautiful, secluded, woodland setting. Only sound in the morning was birdsong. Pigs and chickens were great as well. If you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this is the place to go.

Lovely rural site with good personal information of the local area.

Cabin was clean and had everything we needed except iron and iron board.

We had to top up the heating as was only one for one hour in the morning and evening.
