The Erie lodge is a spacious 1-bedroom traditional Canadian log cabin situated in the corner of the park, making it ideal for those wanting that extra bit of privacy.This single storey lodge consists of a King-size master bedroom with a smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a separate bath & shower, plus a large living/kitchen/dining area. The lounge has a traditional log burner, perfect for those colder nights, and a widescreen smart TV. There is also a Bluetooth speaker with iPod docking system.In the kitchen you will find a full-sized fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine (exterior washing line), oven/grill, Tassimo coffee machine & all utensils and crockery you need for a self-catering break. Out on the decking area, you have your own private hot tub, patio furniture & a Masonry BBQ area which can be used for disposable BBQ’s or a traditional charcoal BBQ. No pets accepted. The Couples VIP lodges are a modern single storey lodge with everything you need for a romantic break away. There are six Couples VIP lodges available are set in a private area of the park and are surrounded by gorgeous countryside & unspoilt views. The living/dining area consists of a widescreen smart TV, an electric effect log fire whilst the kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering break. It includes an oven/grill, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, a dishwasher & Tassimo coffee machine.The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Smart TV, and patio doors leading out to your own private Jacuzzi hot tub. Hot tubs are located at the rear of these lodges to give maximum privacy. Complimentary bath robes & slippers are provided for your use in these lodges. The bathroom includes a freestanding bath, separate shower & a sauna for your own use at any time. Another set of patio doors lead out on to the front decking, which includes patio furniture and a BBQ platform area (suitable for disposable BBQ’s only). The New Hampshire lodge is the most superior lodge at Black Hall. It is situated in the Adults only area of the park and is surrounded by gorgeous countryside & unspoilt views. Everything has been thought of to ensure that the New Hampshire lodge gives you the most memorable, romantic break away. This lodge boasts spaciousness in every room and has underfloor heating throughout. Extra touches like complimentary Prosecco, bath robes & slippers are provided with all stays at the New Hampshire. The large kitchen/dining area includes a full-size fridge/freezer, oven/grill, washing machine, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine. The spacious lounge area has a widescreen smart TV, an electric log fire, ample sofa space & Bluetooth speakers. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with a Smart TV. The freestanding, copper bedside bath gives the New Hampshire lodge that extra special touch. In the large en suite bathroom, there is a full-sized Sauna, a large walk-in shower & double sinks.From the lounge area, patio doors lead you on to a spacious decking area where there is a sunken Jacuzzi hot tub covered by a wooden gazebo. The Michigan lodge is our only single-storey two bedroomed lodge at Black Hall Lodges. It is perfect for those who have young children. The traditional Canadian log home has a king-size master bedroom with an en suite, which includes a walk-in shower. The twin room has two single beds. There is a second family bathroom which includes a bath and shower head hose.The large open plan kitchen/living area ensures the whole family are kept together during their stay at Black Hall. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full-sized fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, oven/grill, Tassimo coffee machine & everything you need for a self-catering holiday. An iron & ironing board are also provided.In the main living area, there is a spacious lounge with reclining sofas, a wood burner, widescreen Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and iPod dock, plus a dining area for four. At the front of the Michigan lodge, you will find a large decking area with a private hot tub, along with patio furniture and a Masonry BBQ which can be used for disposable or traditional charcoal BBQ’s. Due to the style of this lodge, it has a Veranda over the decking and hot tub area, which makes it great for sitting outside, even on those rainy days. No pets accepted. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

We booked a stay at the Superior Lodge during the February school holidays in Wales and honestly, it was just what we needed! As a family of four, with two lively kids and tired parents, plus the grandparents, the place had plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling cramped. The decor was lovely, super cosy and it had everything we could ask for to keep things stress-free - including a log fire that really made us feel like we were outdoors. The hot tub? Absolutely fantastic. Sitting in the bubbles under the stars was one of those rare moments when everyone just shut up and took it all in - probably the first time in ages! The clubhouse was a real highlight too; the pool was perfect for both the kids and adults, with just the right temperature (no freezing parents!). After a long day of hiking, the steam room and sauna were pure bliss. And we loved being able to watch the pool from the sauna - multitasking at its best! Overall, it was a brilliant family getaway in such a stunning location. We’d definitely come back - maybe without the kids next time, just to really unwind!

We recently stayed at this lodge and honestly, it was lovely! The place had everything we needed and then some. The sauna and hot tub were definitely highlights, especially after a long day. We didn't get to try the BBQ since the weather was so rainy in December, but we made good use of the other facilities. The coffee machine was a nice touch, just adding to the cosy vibe. Loads of space, even for four people, though we were only two. Glad we booked it!

We just got back from an incredible family break and honestly, it was fantastic! The lodge was spotless and super cosy and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. We stayed at Inari 2 for a week in September with our 11-month-old and our dog. Honestly, it’s one of the best self-catering places we’ve ever been to - super well equipped. The lodges are smartly placed so you’re not overlooked, which was great. The location is stunning, with plenty of walks nearby. The leisure facilities were always spotless and peaceful and we used them every day without sharing with anyone. We’ll definitely come back!

The lodge was really charming, but we did notice quite a few cobwebs around, which is understandable given it's in the countryside. Still lovely though!

An amazing place to holiday, the cabins are beautiful, what made it more special were the little things the staff did like had 2 fans on for when we arrived it was the hottest day, ice cubes already in the freezer. Its so peaceful and relaxing. The space between cabins is perfect. Oh and the views are stunning. We spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary there and plan on going again.

Great Lodge, every piece of kitchen equipment you could ever use. Lodges are spotlessly clean and the location is so beautiful. Really peaceful and restful. We love it here - this was our 5/6th visit and won't be our last.

Had lovely time here shame stopping having dogs as would have re booked to go back . Some lodges little close together and near working farm but otherwise lovely and would recommend

Lovely relaxing holiday. Very clean lodge. Great walks & views on Offa's Dyke. Would have been better if the games room and swimming pool were open for longer (as we missed out on using them in the evening after days out). Swimming pool and sauna were great. Overall very pleased with our experience. Thank you Black Hall!

Really peaceful and luxurious. We stayed in Erie Lodge which was super private, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool and games hall. Looking forward to using the gym and doing some walks next time. Hot tub superb
