We stayed at this lovely little cottage recently and honestly, it was a great find. The owners are genuinely lovely and very attentive without being overbearing. The place itself is super cosy, with a charming half-timbered exterior that really feels authentic. The shower is strong, the kitchen and lounge make for a perfect relaxing space and the bed was incredibly comfy. Parking right outside was a real bonus, plus its well heated and spotless. We enjoyed some lovely walks through the fields to Thaxted, which is just a short drive away. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We had such a lovely time! Sharon and Robert really went out of their way to make us feel at home, which was much appreciated. The place was spotless, comfy and perfect for Archie, our dog - felt totally secure. The location was spot-on, with loads of great walks and charming villages like Thaxted nearby. Honestly, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed, so it was a win all round!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy spot, tucked away in a really peaceful, private area. The owners were super friendly and always on hand if we needed anything, yet respectful of our privacy. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day cycling around. Just a heads up - its right under Stansteds flight path, so there's quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but its worth mentioning if you're sensitive to sounds. Overall, a great place to relax!
