Cheverton Copse Reviews

Trish Hamblin
We had a fantastic holiday; the caravans and grounds are spotless and the evenings spent in the club room were really fun. Andy is fantastic with the children at kids club and he and Danny are very friendly to the parents too. We would highly recommend Cheverton Copse

Very good accommodation clean and tidy when we arrived. One very small criticism, the shower room was a bit small but did not detract from the overall enjoyment.

Only negative was the bed was a little short for me, but very comfortable otherwise
An excellent week at Cheverton Copse. The site enjoys a great location on the island; all major attractions are within a 45 minute drive. It was great having the Morrisons supermarket so close by as well as Marstons Merrie Garden pub. The caravan was well appointed, everything we needed was to hand. The electric fire in the lounge was a godsend; the weather was atrocious at Easter! As a result of the amount of rain, the grounds on the site were very muddy and slippery. It was a major operation getting from the caravan to the car in the car park at the end of the park. On several occasions we slipped dangerously and could easily have fallen. Perhaps some matting or an asphalt path would be considered for the future.
Lovely relaxing park. Caravans in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Sometimes when we see great reviews we are let down on arrival but not in this case - a wonderful holiday from check in to check out. We were dealt with immediately on arrival by friendly staff who are on hand/site throughout your stay. The location is excellent being handy for sandown/shanklin and various pubs and restaurants. The site itself is very well kept, very clean and our 2/5 year olds were happy playing whilst we always felt they were safe. All the facilities needed are there without it having that big site feel where you are just a number. Plenty of evening entertainment for kids and adults, in fact our girls got upset when we inconveniently didnt get back in time for the evening entertainment! We generally dont go back to places but on this occasion probably will and would highly recommend - thank you Andy and team
having stayed here a few years ago, my family decided to return for a week long break in the same accommodation. We found it to be as wonderful as we had remembered and our children have made wonderful memories here.
Really enjoyed our short break great location
Perfect holiday for us, we took our two children and it was the most relaxing holiday we have had since they were born! The play areas and entertainment were fantastic, the caravan we stayed in was a dorset silver and it did all we needed to do, comfy bed, not luxury but that was reflected in the price. Couldnt fault the site, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. We have re booked for next year but upgraded our caravan for next year!
Site very clean and well kept. Really good that cars are not allowed on site which makes it child friendly. May I make a suggestion maybe consider gates between the site and car park. Definitely would return.
We had a most enjoyable stay, very quiet with nice surroundings. The Caravan we stayed in was very good, had all of what we needed. Only thing that let the site down was the lack of Free WiFi.
Went to recharge our batteries and visit family who live on the island, accommodation was perfect for our needs and close to family and attractions
couldn't really rate the facilities as they were closed but we knew this before booking and didn't mind abit. we had an amazing time, beautiful site and great value for the money, very friendly family run site, who put all their time and effort into making it all look so beautiful, loved the little parks for the kids and intend to bring my grandchildren there in a couple of years. we highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
