Newlands Park

This was a last minute booking, we had never even heard of newlands,it was a wonderull break staff r so freindly,lovely beaches near by,plenty to do!kids loved it we will be booking for next bank holidays,

We spent a fantastic few days at Newlands with the family - two adults and two teenagers. The lodges were really spacious and super comfy, making it easy to relax. The evening entertainment, especially bingo night, was a blast! We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant twice; the food was spot on. The location is perfect, close to many lovely spots, including Charmouth just a walk away. We’re already planning to come back, probably in summer next time to enjoy the outdoor balconies more!

We really enjoyed our four nights here. The apartment was spotless, comfy and had plenty of space for a quick stay. The site was well-kept and parking was easy.

We loved our stay! The caravan was spotless and having a pet-friendly space made things so much easier.

Nice little caravan, pretty close to everything we needed. Shower took some getting used to, though.

Honestly, we wouldn’t stay here again. The place is tiny and really needs a proper clean. Parking’s a nightmare too.

We had a great stay in the caravan, which was spotless when we arrived. Finding it was straightforward thanks to the site map at reception and all the caravans were well numbered. It’s a simple place, but we didn’t mind. A couple of cushions on the sofas would have made it cosier and some tea bags and coffee sachets for arrival would’ve been a nice touch after a long drive. Other than that, it was fantastic!

We stayed here with 5 adults and a little one still in a cot and honestly, it felt a bit snug. The place was clean and modern, which we appreciated, but it’s definitely on the smaller side, especially the kitchen-there’s barely any cupboard space and the worktop is tiny. We had to move furniture around in the main bedroom just to fit the cot, so maybe we should’ve checked the size better before booking! The lodge was well insulated and double-glazed, which was a lifesaver during the storm. It’s probably better suited for just a couple or a small family, not a larger group. Overall, nice place, but a bit pricey for what it is. Still, we had a comfortable stay!

We stayed at the Dorset Jade apartment and honestly, it was a fantastic break. The place was spotless, the amenities top-notch and we really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely coming back soon, no doubt about it!

Overall, we had a good stay-nothing major to complain about. Just a small thing: a shelf above the sink would be a real help. It’s a bit awkward storing shaving gear and deodorant on the chair instead.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was spot on for us.

When we arrived, the caravan was a bit grimy-crumbs and dirt on the floor, smudges and a kid’s handprint on the window, plus some big cobwebs in the corners. That said, the view was absolutely stunning and the spot on the site was perfect, with plenty of space and easy parking. After a quick tidy-up, it was totally fine to stay in!

Had a great week at the lodge! It was super comfy, spotless and had everything we needed. The park was tidy and well looked after, which made all the difference. The staff were really friendly and knew the area well. Definitely recommend!

The lodge was nice, definitely a step up from a caravan looks-wise and the deck area was a real plus. It was comfy and had most things we needed, though a BBQ would’ve been a nice touch. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay again mainly because of the price, but it’s a decent spot.

The lodge was pretty cosy and super clean, which we loved. It was a bit on the pricier side, but honestly, we had a fantastic time. Only downside was no coat hooks, but still really worth it!

The caravan was really cosy, but with less stock because of the virus, it’s understandable. The curtains were a bit fiddly to open and we had to bring our own towel for the shower. Still, we enjoyed it!

We had a really lovely stay at Newlands! It’s a great spot, especially with the added bonus of the bar and restaurant. Being able to grab a snack or a proper dinner without leaving the site is so handy, especially when you’re just relaxing in the caravan. As a solo traveller, it’s perfect for exploring Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Plus, everyone’s super friendly, so we always felt really welcome. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place felt cosy and welcoming, plus having a second bathroom was a real lifesaver for different preferences. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic time! The caravan was lovely and cosy and our grandchildren loved it - it was their first time staying in one. The only thing missing was a small welcome pack with washing stuff; shops only sold full-sized products, which was a bit of a pain.

This site really hit the spot for what we needed, no fuss at all.

Comfortable and easy setup

Newlands Holiday Park is excellent. We spent a week in a static van. It was just what we needed in size and was spotlessly clean. I would definitely have no hesitation in staying there again, and would highly recommend it.

An amazing week at Newlands Charmouth. Caravan clean & tidy on arrival. A great site & location with lots to offer young families. We stayed along with elderly parents in the caravan next door. Staff all very helpful & friendly. We would definitely return in our camper van as price a little steep for a week in static caravan!

This was our 6th year here and again yhe best stay we have ever had staff amazing site amazing and location amazing

We really enjoyed our holiday, we had used these apartments before and they didn’t disappoint. Only one thing could have made it better is some outdoor seating, but appreciate this could be a problem because of the parking area. Very clean and all facilities on site.

Fantastic value for money, lovely location. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, very clean. The complex has everything you need. It's kept very clean and the grounds are always litter free. Caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need.

Lovely area to visit and Newlands Park is ideally placed. I used the bus to go to Lyme Regis from right outside the gates. Fabulous staff and a very tidy site.
