Disgusting place went we went to get the keys the staff were extremely rude and when we got into the caravan the sofa was in pieces we went back to complain as it was safety hazard for my little baby, the staff’s response was very rude and I felt so unwelcome. A few days in the whole electrics went off which was really really inconvenient because I needed the kettle for my babies bottles. Overall rubbish caravan park and very rude staff and very disgusting smelling caravan.this was supposed to be a gold caravan I can’t comprehend how they can even offer this as gold it is awful

Lovely little park and surrounding areas. Park shop closes at 3pm. Children’s entertainment seems to be more or less the same thing every evening. Wouldn’t recommend to families that don’t drive, nearest town is a 25 minute drive.

I stayed in a lovely location, and the caravan was very tidy with everything I needed. The staff were extremely friendly, and the bed sheets were fresh and well-maintained. I would love to come back again and again!

Very high quality caravan well fitted out, lacking a tray for the oven but that was the only downside, had an issue with WiFi but phoned them up and they sorted it in 10 minutes. I was on a mobile tariff that uses the 3 network and there was no 4g signal at all so be aware!

Hidden gem. Lovely site. Not too busy. Access road very rural but ok. Plenty to do in surrounding areas if happy to go out each day in car. Although bus is available at end of path. Could do with more bins. More staff to keep club area clear of rubbish. Was ok but no cash site even in very small shop bar and restaurant Caravan good clean great position near club house. Would have liked plastic jug for juice. A lamp to dim and make cosy at night Welcome pack good ????. Overall lovely site for a short visit and will be back.

Fairly basic caravan. Several issues including the smell and the boiler. Fine for if you're out and about most of the time and just need a base to sleep, not great if you wanted to stay in the caravan and be on site. Mattresses are all dead cheap, open coil sprung, providing very little in the way of comfort. Terrible, as with most caravans unfortunately, so dont expect to sleep well.

Booked a caravan with pets. Opened the door and boom was struck with a bad wet dog smell. Yes i booked a dog caravan but my house does not smell like that. I had to open the windows and they stayed open for most of the weekend, stained chairs, dog hair still on chairs, stained carpet, cobwebs, rusty radiators, fridge stunk had to air it out. Bathroom not clean. Basically had to do a wipe down before i settled. I stayed because i didnt want to ruin my partners birthday. Nothing to do on site pretty boring, went on long walks in the surrounding areas with the dogs. Will not return and not worth the money.

Caravan was far from what I expected. Hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The fridge had a massive dent in it so it shows its lot very well maintained.
